Hotel Rott

Awesome! The location is superb, right inside the scenic area. It's only a 2-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock, so you can catch the clock chiming every hour. There's a big supermarket right next door too! It's very close to the Astronomical Clock, the church, and Charles Bridge. Prague Castle is about a 25-minute walk. The room was spacious and tidy, and the service was warm and friendly. The breakfast, especially, was abundant, and it offers great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is housed in a historic building, which gives it a lot of character. The location is superb – just a three-minute walk to the Old Town Square, allowing you to soak in the atmosphere of the Old Town early in the morning or at dusk. You can easily walk to almost all of Prague's attractions from here, so it comes highly recommended. The only minor drawback is that the room can be a bit noisy during the day due to its proximity to Old Town bars and restaurants, which might affect light sleepers. However, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

I lost my brand-new earrings at this hotel. I'd just bought them the day before and left them in a small box on the room's table that morning, not wearing them. By the afternoon, when I returned to the hotel, they were gone. When I spoke to the hotel staff, they said they'd asked housekeeping, who claimed not to have seen anything. Seriously? They offered to check CCTV, saying their back-end system only showed me and housekeeping entering and exiting. So what else could have happened? I didn't have the time or energy to argue with them. Guess you really can't let your guard down in Europe.
