The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town Square, with the Astronomical Clock and Tyn Cathedral within easy reach! Everything is within walking distance! The hotel is elegant, quiet, and clean, with a classic ambiance, natural and understated luxury. The bedding and furniture are comfortable and beautiful! Most importantly, the service is exceptional. The attentive, thoughtful, and warm service makes you feel right at home! Upon arrival, the thank-you note and chocolates left in the room instantly made my travel fatigue disappear! When I returned the next day, there was a heart-shaped dessert in the room, which was heartwarming! The breakfast was also unforgettable; it was incredible! A variety of homemade cakes and pies, and they were delicious!

This hotel has excellent service. The staff diligently recommends sightseeing routes, and any questions are answered promptly. The location is superb, especially convenient for taking the boat. They even provide a private shuttle to the castle at 9:00 AM. Although the booking details stated free parking, after inquiring via email, I was informed that parking was charged. However, the owner proactively paid the parking fee, showing great integrity. This hotel will exceed your expectations. If you're going to Prague, don't hesitate to book this hotel; it will add wonderful memories to your trip. 😊
