Clarion Congress Hotel Prague Reviews

The hotel boasts excellent connectivity to Prague city center. You can reach it in just 15 minutes by metro without even going outside, as the Vysočanská station is located in the Fenix shopping center building, which you can access directly from the hotel. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and speak English. Breakfasts are delicious with a wide selection of dishes. Each room comes with a capsule coffee machine, and tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer are replenished daily. There's also a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. Unfortunately, there isn't a mini-fridge in the room, but there's a mini-bar with drinks in the hallway and a Lobby bar. The free-to-use fitness center, accessible from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, is an added bonus, though you do have to walk through the shopping center to get there.

There’s a mall directly linked to the hotel but nothing much to shop or eat. The metro is also linked. Cleaned hotel!

Good hotel for a business trip.

This was our second stay at the Clarion Hotel, and we were satisfied, although the room was slightly better the first time. The location is excellent for attending events at the O2 Arena.

Rich breakfast, many Asians

The room was nice, but the breakfast was average. There were a lot of group guests. If there was a concert, the room would probably be full because there were so many people at breakfast and you had to wait in line to get your food.

The room is large, the front desk service is average, and the English at the front desk is average.

A super hotel. The facilities are very new and the hotel environment is very good. There is a food center right outside the door, with Burger King, KFC, and Japanese food. Downstairs is a very large shopping mall, directly connected to the subway station. It is very convenient to visit the old town, Charles Bridge, Gunpowder Tower, Kafka Museum, etc. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and English is also very proficient. The room is large and the bathroom is large. The breakfast is very rich. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far, and it is also a hotel I want to stay in again.

It's close to the subway station, and there are supermarkets and shops downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient!

The hotel environment is very good. There is a commercial street next to the hotel, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The room is very large, the double bed is also very large, and the breakfast is rich. The only problem is that there are too many tourists from travel agencies.
