We were updated to the sister company due to the room I booked was broken but All is well. Plus the room we stayed has an aircondition and easy access for us to eat breakfast.

Excellent location, less than a minute's walk to public transport. It has everything we needed: a stove, fridge, and iron. Very clean. I hope to stay here again in the future.

One of the best hotels we stayed in ! We had to checked in earlier they helped us and even provide bigger room ! Everything was clean and nice. Also you can walk to the center ! Enjoyed it !!!!

Good location for a weekend away exploring Prague. We caught the AE bus from the airport which drops you off at the railway station. Using Google maps, it took us 20 mins to walk to the Alveo Suites. We found out the next day, that you are entitled to get free tram & bus rides if you're over 65 !! There is a tram stop just outside the hotel which is great for getting trams and buses to the rest of Prague. Otherwise, it's not a major walk to the Old Town plus enjoyable as well. The room itself was clean as the was the bathroom. We had a small balcony. There was a kettle with tea and coffee etc. We had our breakfast in the Hotel across the road which is associated with the suites. 5 min walk away.

The Apartment good location and close to supermarkets. The staff good service and kind. The room is clean.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The exceptional service started right at arrival; the staff kindly accommodated an early check-in, allowing us to get into our room well before 3 PM.We were thrilled with the suite we were given. It was incredibly spacious, featuring a separate, large living room, a private bedroom, and a clean toilet. The bed was exceptionally comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep every night.To top it off, the location is perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

I stayed an extra night in Prague because it was cheap, but you cancelled it even though it wasn't refundable, since other hotel guests said there were beds available.

Location is very good,walking distance to Charles Bridge,Prague castle,Astronomical Clock.Room is clean and spacious.

This was a very clean hotel. It was a bit dim and felt a little eerie, but they upgraded us to a larger room for free, which was great. The bathroom was spacious, and having a kitchen made our stay very comfortable.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The location is really convenient because it is close to the center. But the most difficult thing is that when you get to the address, it is really difficult to find it. Also, when checking in, you have to go to another hotel to do it. Other reviews were good, maybe i should say best.

The place is very clean and safe. We are so happy to stay at the Alveo suites because everything is a walking distance from the suite. All you need from groceries, mall, restaurants, parking areas, and etc. are all around the place. It is a great location. The best and we love to stay there again for sure.
