We as a family with 2 kids stayed in the hotel for Easter holiday, you cannot expect any better regarding the location, the old town square is literally at your doorstep, you also have more than plenty of cafes and restaurants, we didn't cook at all for the 4 nights stay. It is easy access to any attraction, by walk, maybe a bit of walk to Prague castle, but in the good weather, we don't mind it. You will need to pay extra for daily clean, or if you stay more than 5 days, you can get free cleaning. It has 2 small lifts, which is necessary and convenient.
***Pack your own hair conditioner, as it is not provided.

Location is definitely fantastic, but everything else is an absolute miss. Overall, I would NOT recommend.
1) No AC unlike a hotel. There were 3 days with extreme heat and I was given a fan. You will sweat when you sleep.
2) SUPER NOISY. Even till 3,4am. You can’t sleep at all.
3) No room cleaning service even though my stay was 6 nights - they are supposed to clean the room once every 5 nights.
4) Trash cleaning not done on some days.
5) no humans - can’t find help if you need.
6) check in details only available a night before. If you are flying in super late and check in late, good luck with that + no humans to help you if you need any.
7) area is full of people lurking around, not safe for ladies.
8) will never stay here again.

Nice apartments in convenient location. Very spacious and amenities were great for a short stay, including a kitchenette.
The check in procedure was very complicated. And the instructions provided on the e booking confirmation did not state you need to do a pre-arrival check in. When arriving at the property were not able to check in because this had not been completed. No one answers the properties switch board telephone number after 5:00 pm and the line will automatically cut you off after a couple of minutes on hold.
Also, was able to store luggage at one of their other properties when checking out. When arrived to do so, the receptionist said they cannot store our luggage. I told her that we have an email confirming that we can. Then she replied ” if you can, why are you asking?”. Very rude and unfriendly service.
Great accommodation, but would not return due to the service.

The hotel is in a good location and the room is big. But there has no reception, you have to go to other hotel to check in n’ if you need to leave your bags after check out, you also need to go to other hotel which is about 9 mins walk.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The apartment was also very modern and clean. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very complicated. After booking, we had to check in again separately, giving all our names, etc. This email was only sent at 12:00 on the day of arrival, during our arrival. Because of the delay, we were not offered a parking space, although this was offered differently when we booked. When we asked, the staff reacted irritably. The property was immaculate and fitted out to an incredible standard. Beautiful, tasteful interior. Excellently located with just a three minute walk to Old Town Square. Superb restaurants nearby (I highly recommend Gambero Rosso and SaSaZu!). Very quiet despite the central location. Would’ve loved a toaster (maybe that’s just me!) but I understand that space is limited. Could’ve also done with another soft chair but if those are my only complaints I think that’s a pretty good sign! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Thank you!

Excllently kept and well appointed huge apartment. Very central. The street outside is busy but the property has double windows (not just simple double glazing) keeping the room very peaceful and quiet. Check is in advance on line, with a supplied code and no on site check in. The email with the code etc comes at the last moment so you are promised it in advancr but nothing arrives till the day before. I also had initial problems with broken internet links which i had to chase . All this created a level of anxiety in advance and i felt could have been better handled by up front explanation with expected time courses etc but it all worked fine in the end. The property itself was great and id be delighted to stay again.

Awesome space in a nice, convenient location. It was nice to have a small kitchen and living area downstairs and have the bedroom upstairs. 2 bathrooms was also a nice touch. The only thing that I would change if I could would be to have a full body mirror and outlets in the bathroom for hair-styling products ( there was an outlet but it stated it was strictly for beard trimmers). These were minor inconveniences for getting ready in the morning though and I would definitely stay again!
