The location of the hotel is very good, just in the city center, within walking distance of major famous attractions, that is, there are too few breakfast varieties. There is no parking place, so I parked in the parking lot to walk to the hotel (understandable but not very convenient). When I checked in, I found that the last guest cooked instant noodles in a kettle, and the residue was not washed. I hated such guests very much. The hotel did not clean up. After checking out, I found that the bill was wrong, but fortunately the refund was after the email communication.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

Booking from 14/02/2023 to 21/02/2023 for 4 people in BHG APARTMENT We overnight stay in APARTMENT 2 and on 20/02/2023 (dd/mm/yy) from 2 p.m. the water felts in our apartment so we had unease about hygiene and services (cooking included). We talked with reception and they said that we had to wait. At 6 p.m. we called again the reception to search for more information and we waiting until 7:30 p.m. They called us and said that finally we’ve been change our apartment with another. We were really tired (in order to not having a place were we could relax ourselves for hours before go out again in the night). So on, the other apartment was far from the first hotel; far from the central place (OLD TOWN SQUARE) where we want to overnight stay and of what we payed; and it also was in a place not really quite. The apartment was really bad, doesn’t respect the standards of a 4 stars hotel because it was really dirty, smaller, fetiscent and with no services (bidet, terrace, hob, oven…). We hadn’t a room from 2 p.m. if we liked to have a shower, we couldn’t! It was 9 p.m. and we really don’t even know where we had to sleep, where we had to go to the toilet and where we had to put our 6 luggage! The girl who stayed at the reception, Tatsiana, (and her manager too) propose us to have the night free and stay in that bad apartment, and also they will give us a voucher from 200 CROWN (exactly 8 euros) so on we could spend it for a dinner in the terrace with a special sit to admire the view! For what? If we’ve accepted, where we’ve to sleep? Certainly not in that dirty apartment! Obviously we said no and reject her propose (you can’t buy people with money or offer them a voucher from 200 crowns, when they are telling you that don’t have a place to overnight stay!) Over that, she told us that she was already called others hotels looking for a room, but they were all full! And also their sisterhood hotel and their presidential rooms was full! That’s no possibile! There are so many hotels near by Old Town Square! And a real hotel can’t be full on a Monday in February! Hotels always have a spare rooms! After 30/40 minutes a man come to us telling that they found a room in another hotel who was 2 minutes from “Hotel U Prince”! Weren’t it all full?! It was 10 p.m and we were really mad, tired and we couldn’t enjoy our last night in Prague! Leave and learn. I will never recommend this hotel.

An extraordinary special experience. Stay in the most central and beautiful location that gives an exciting sense of belonging to the history of the wonderful city. The unit we got was huge on every scale, foyer, 2 huge rooms, seating finch and dining area. Very high ceiling with stunning chandelier chandeliers. Very spacious toilets. And everything is equipped clean and authentic. Adjacent there is a fully equipped and perfect kitchen, as well as an impressive dining room. The view of the Old Town Square and the astronomical clock is stunning. The room is completely isolated from noise, and the hustle and bustle of the square and the clock is not noticeable. Moving to a room through the restaurant is not a problem, and the company in the restaurant were very friendly and nice. The need to check in at the nearby hotel is simple and easy, and the hotel staff is available to help and very professional and nice. In short - highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed for a 5 star hotel. It was our second visit to Prague as a couple. We usually travel across Europe several times a year for these occasions. We took a junior suite: deplorable soundproofing, hair in the bathroom, dirty bathtub drain The breakfast is not up to par: fruit juice extra, espresso coffee extra, 2 or 3 varieties of tea in low-end bags, the dining tables are not cleaned as you go. In the breakfast room, some of the staff are not attentive and spend their time ”giggling” leaning 2 or 3 people on the cutlery unit. The vacuum cleaner was done at breakfast time. Only one size of pillow available, these are back pillows, extremely decorative but not very comfortable for sleeping, and if you ask, no other size is possible. Some broken furniture. This spoils an exceptional room, despite everything pleasant staff and a privileged location. In short, for a 3 star Ibis, I would have said excellent, for a 5 star this is not admissible. We won't come back.

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Mr. Martin. It all started when I decided to order room service, expecting to enjoy a late dinner in the comfort of my room. According to the menu provided in my room, room service was available until 10 PM. I called the hotel's room service line at 9:40 PM, well within the time frame specified on the menu. To my surprise and frustration, Mr. Martin informed me that the kitchen was closed and that he couldn't accommodate my request. I expressed my disappointment and confusion, explaining that I had called within the stated hours. Mr. Martin's response was dismissive and unsympathetic. He didn't provide any reasonable explanation for the early closure of the kitchen, nor did he offer any alternative options or suggestions to alleviate the situation. This incident left me feeling neglected and disrespected as a guest. The discrepancy between the menu's advertised service hours and the actual availability of room service is unacceptable. Mr. Martin's unhelpful attitude only exacerbated the situation, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth and significantly impacting my overall experience at the hotel. As a customer, I believe it is essential for hotel staff, including Mr. Martin, to prioritize guest satisfaction and strive to resolve issues in a respectful and efficient manner. Unfortunately, my encounter with him fell far short of these expectations. I hope that the hotel management takes note of this incident and addresses the need for better communication and customer service training for their staff. It is crucial for them to rectify such issues promptly and ensure that guests are provided with accurate information and appropriate assistance.

On the last night of the Czech Republic, I decided to set up a high-end hotel. The interior environment is good, clean and tidy. This is the only hotel in the Czech Republic that has prepared slippers. Hahaha... The front desk is also super good. We will prepare the map for us and help us set the next day. The taxi to the airport is regrettable because there is no calculation time and no early breakfast.

We were on the 4th floor, number 42, but luckily there is an elevator. The apartment is clean, large bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. A large double bed and a kitchenette with hob, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, coffee maker. It is location wise in the old center. Everything is walkable. It is recommended to wear sneakers because it is mainly cobblestones that you walk on. Super beautiful city, a lot to see.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and the castle. It has an excellent quiet location. There is a breakfast shop diagonally across the road downstairs, which is very good, recommend tiramisu cake~ I live in a suite, the bed is very comfortable, the space is also large; the bath water is also large, but the bathroom is a little small, and there are disposable slippers ～～～When I checked in, the girls were very enthusiastic. It is self-service and convenient to leave the shop. It is also very convenient to take the SA bus to CK. Uber is less than 100 CZK and no more than 10 minutes. Dissatisfaction is the cleanliness, I feel that the water cups are not very clean, and then I stayed for two nights, but the sanitary cleaning just dumped the garbage, not even the soap and mineral water~~~

We had a large group of 20 stay in this lovely hotel in the last week. The hotel is brilliantly situated which meant we were able to walk to all our activities. The hotel was big and beautiful. Modern rooms that were spotlessly clean. The team, especially the Hotel Manager Petr were amazing. And i also have to say that Jade was amazing helping to book the accommodations. Nothing was too much effort for them. They were so accommodating and kind, and when you have a big group that made such a difference. The only thing that would have made our stay better was if the weather was a little sunnier :) Thank you all so much.
