Let me be upfront: this place is not new, and it doesn't pretend to be. The pool could be cleaner, and housekeeping is hit or miss — some days the room gets proper attention, other days it's a quick once-over. If you're looking for polished, freshly renovated resort perfection, this isn't it. But here's why I keep coming back. The building itself has real character. It's aged a bit, sure, but there's a vibe to it that newer, blander properties simply don't have. And the views — almost every room has a great one, which is not something most hotels can claim. The beds are genuinely comfortable, which matters more than people admit. Staff are friendly and easygoing without being intrusive. Prices are very fair, both for the rooms and in the restaurant — the beer bucket in my photo was 165 baht, which is hard to argue with. There are local cafés and bars within walking distance, but the area stays quiet at night. So: tired in places, definitely. But it's one of the few hotels I actually return to on a regular basis, and I think that says more than a spotless pool would.

Great location. The room size was appropriate. Slept comfortably. The balcony offered a view of the swimming pool and the beach.

The rooms are clean and tidy, offering good value for money. The reception at the front desk is good. Breakfast is acceptable. The location is excellent, close to the beach and convenient for getting around.

Shower curtain is mouldy and rooms are nothing like the pictures, everywhere you look there is something that needs fixing and not to mention the aircon making a knocking noise all night.

Location is just next to 3 trees. Hotel is renovating now. 👍

Perfect for couples or family who look for the hotel by the beach. The building and room was a little bit old but overall was nice.

Old and rundown hotel. The price (below 1000 Baht) made it an acceptable choice given its perfect location next to the beach. Their facilities were not in good stage. The swimming pool looked a bit dirty. The design of the bathroom was not practical although it offered a bath tub. The drainage located at the wrong corner of the bathroom that eventually flooded the whole area including the toilet (a yellow flag on safety).

The hotel is quite old. Looking out from the balcony, you can see that some rooms on certain floors are closed and abandoned, which is a bit eerie. However, the room I stayed in was very clean, smelled nice, and was extremely spacious.
