This artsy hotel is a surefire hit! The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a McDonald's and gas station right outside, and it's just a few minutes' drive to the town center with plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly.

It was great and clean hotel with great amenities and a very beautiful place to stay strongly recommend.

The hotel location is good for our business purpose. The room is very clean but the decoration is a little "sad"... The bathroom is also spacious but it would be great if the bathroom would be 10 cm wider. What surprises me is that there is not even a glass in the room but 2 paper cups in the bathroom, which I think is under standard for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is located in a remote area away from the center of Florence, specifically in the suburb of Prato. By car, it’s a 30–40 minute drive via a toll road. Alternatively, you can take a bus first and then a train to Florence. The rooms are cozy and clean, though I did encounter an insect—though it didn’t bother me much. Unfortunately, there was no free kettle or water, only a paid minibar in the fridge. The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming.

First off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help. The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things. The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless. The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash. Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice.

Just excellent

The staff were friendly and the cleanliness was good. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very cool. If only the air conditioning had been in better condition, it would have been a perfect score.

The Prato is a very nice four-star hotel, considered excellent for Italy. The hotel facilities are superb, and the breakfast selection is extensive. It's definitely worth a stay. It's about a 30-minute drive from Firenze.

Housing prices are getting higher and higher. It's not in the city center, but getting around is convenient. It would be great if each room had a kettle to boil water.

I had a great experience at the ART Museo Hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful from check-in onwards, always willing to assist. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, providing a peaceful stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality products. The location is also excellent. I recommend the hotel for both leisure and business travelers and would certainly stay there again.

The room was large, clean, and the environment was nice and safe. It had a large bed, but the mattress was too soft for me. For the price, the environment was acceptable!

Everything else was fine, but there wasn't a single bottle of water free, which was the first time I'd encountered this in a high-end hotel. Secondly, the minibar in the refrigerator was chargeable; I wouldn't have known unless I'd read the reviews. We finally found the minibar price list in a very hidden place when we left. For a high-end hotel, this was a very poor experience. Everything else was okay, the breakfast was acceptable, and the cleanliness was good.
