perfect location 800m from Prato station. 20 min by train to Florence cebtral station

No kettle in the room, air conditioner barely works, bedding basic. I would not give it more than 2 star status.

Check in was not good. Despite pre-paid the room, at check in they wanted to charge me again and worst of all at the room rate was double what I have booked. They only accepted I have prepaid when I managed to produce the evidence (print out of my booking). Eventually I was told they had mistaken me with another customer with the same name.
It was very uncomfortable experience. But to be fair, during the rest of my stay, the staffs were all very friendly.

A very tired hotel. The rooms are shabby, smoky, although I indicated a non-smoking room. Breakfast is a C grade. If it weren’t for the croissants, then you can safely give it a two. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, the dust in the room is not wiped off at all. I’ve been living in this hotel for several years now. -for the convenient location to the railway station.

This is a great hotel - excellent location -fab breakfast and staff brill! We stay in London often and this is by far the best value. Jo Jo on reception - saw it was my birthday and left a half bottle of wine and sugared almonds in our room - such a lovely touch! We will definitely be staying there again.
