I did not understand why they needed an additional $50 deposit when I had already paid for it online. She said that would go back to my account when I checked out. I don’t think it has yet so I’m upset about that.

Walked in to a room already looked dirty black stuff on sheets went to front desk said there would be an additional charge for fresh sheets bathroom looked very worn rings around tolit and tub just very unpleasant

Room was supposed to be smoke free and it smelled like cigarettes all in the room and no closets shower head was terrible and hooks on shower curtain cheap and kept popping off

Had 1 towel and it was dirty and rough. 1 roll of cheap toilet paper. Decor was outdated and everything was cheap and in sone cases dirty. Front desk worker wasn’t rude but not friendly or welcoming. She smoked and talked on her cellphone most of the day. I get it’s not the Ritz but it doesn’t cost anything to be friendly, offer good customer service and clean properly. I’d also like more than 1dirty, rough towel and some decent toilet paper. Wish I’d stayed somewhere else.

Worst customer service i have ever had. Will never stay at Baymont hotel anywhere again. Desk clerk was rude and very unaccomadating. Only Stayed 2 hours and had to leave, due to no power, no air in 95 degree heat .no television, in the dark. Me and my yorkie. Asked for a refund and was refused. Would not e even give back the twenty dollars cash pet deposit i had just given. Said everything was beyond her control. Well was beyond my control also. Went down the road to a la quinta and had no problem at all. Guess I just am out the money for the first hotel i had booked online and paid in full for.

Our toilet was broken. When we told the front desk this, they told us someone would come by in the morning... only we'd be checked out by then. We had to flush it by hand. That is just not acceptable. It wasn't just that the chain was broken, but that the flap did not cover the outlet properly. There was not enough toilet paper in the room either - thank goodness there were tissues!!
There was also some sort of odor in the room. We travel with an air purifier, but this didn't make enough of a dent in the smell. Whatever it was, I became ill from it and this chest congestion lasted more than a week.. it is still with me now, so it is actually taking longer than a week to clear.
I was disappointed as Baymont and Wyndham facilities are usually good!!
Breakfast was nice. The room was clean, but a non-functioning toilet - goodness!!

It was ok, I don’t appreciate the person cleaning the room come knock on my door twice telling me to hurt that she didn’t want to be there all day. Then handing me an envelope saying it’s for tips they don’t get paid enough. They don’t open pool until 10 not sure why because most pools open at 8:00. So on the day we were checking out I went to the pool at 8:00 and it was locked but did not state opens at 10:00. Just wanted to swim before checkout at 11:00.
It rained the day before so did not get to swim. I work 14-17 hours a day to be rushed when I was not ready to leave I planned on staying until 10:45 am .

The hotel worked well for getting to and from the highway for our trip to Florida. The bed was comfortable.
