The entry door didn't close all the way, and we had to push a chair against the door to keep the rain and cold air from coming into the room. They tried to charge more than what the reservation said it was supposed to be. I had to show them the confirmation to get it adjusted, and they still charged me more than I should have paid. The breakfast was a joke!

Clean room. Had a family emergency and they were more than accommodating with my having to check out early. Will absolutely return.

The food was good, the staff was friendly, my room was clean. The only thing I'd suggest is having liquid coffee creamer instead of powder

Room was big. Parking right in front of room was convenient. Pet friendly, but the room smelled of animals; musty. Carpet needed to be cleaned. Nice having microwave & frig in room. Close to lots of restaurants. Typical hotel breakfast. Probably wouldn’t stay there again because of cleanliness.

Carpet in suite could have been cleaned. Suite was great size. Seating in living area did not line up with tv at all.

I was disappointed as I had purposely reserved a room with 2 queen beds plus room for a cot which I ordered ahead and received confirmation. After checking in, there was no cot in the room. The front desk said it was because there was not enough room to put it. Someone had to sleep in a chair.

Wonderful very big and clean room, staff was polite and helpful when I couldn’t find the hair dryer lol. Lots of choices for breakfast. Would recommend to a friend

I usually stay here when I'm in Prescott. Love the location, it's always clean, comfortable, and the front desk are always polite and accommodatable.
