Premier Inn Manchester (Prestwich)

We stayed on the 03/04/24 for one night. We honestly can not fault anything. The location was perfect for us. Around 20/30 mins from the Trafford Centre, 20/25 mins from The Etihad Stadium. Plenty arounf including TGi’s, Tesco , plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was absolutely immaculate, spotlessly clean, plenty of condiments etc. The breakfast was beautiful - even my partner commented and said it was the best he’d had at any Premier Inn. Staff we welcoming and very friendly, especially Jo. Our son was playing in a football tournament on the Wednesday and also had another tournament on the Thursday. Unfortunately, the weather was horrendous on the first day - we only had one playing kit playing & on grass - you can imagine the state! Without hesitation Jo on reception took several of the boys football kits, (ours sons’ and others who were staying at the hotel with us) washed and dried them for us, so they were fresh for the next day. We appreciated it so much it was such a kind and generous thing to do. If ever we return to Manchester at any point we will 100% be staying here again. Couldn’t not fault it it any way at all.

I use Premier Inn always when I stay away. This was by far the worst for the room allocated and the evening meal for a very long time. Normally with Premier Inn you get a certain standard unfirtunately this was not the case at this location.

Brilliant service good breakfast staff cant do enough for you always greeted with a smile, bets premier inn I've stayed in for staff by a long shot. Rooms need make over however staff do a good job keeping them clean and fresh. Found my new Manchester based hotel.

Good check in, when you flushed to toilet water bubbled up in the bath, later a night the room smelt of suage, I had loads of bits all over me the next day after the stay, when having the evening meal, Premier Inn was doing a time and motion survey of the stay which was very annoying, the person doing it went out for a break when he come back all you could smell was smoke, and he stood at the site of the table the whole night. No one on reception when i when there and also in the morning when i checked out.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The traditional breakfast was hot plentiful and the continental breakfast was equally good. The bedroom was quiet and the bed comfortable though the room could do with decorating to freshen it up. The hotel is near a busy road with good access to the motorway but there was no traffic noise. We would definitely book again and would like to compliment the lovely friendly staff.

Good value as always with Premier Inn. Minor issues with noise from room above (sponsored walk, I think 🤔). And no privacy from car park area when the curtains were drawn. It won’t stop up coming back.

Ashley on reception was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with during our stay (7 rooms for a 21st birthday) nothing was to much trouble and all done with a smile on her face. A true asset to your business and made our stay. Nice comfy hotel and met all our needs.

Staff were lovely on arrival, very friendly and chatty. Also very attentive and helpful when in the restaurant on the evening. Room was clean and both extra beds were set up ready for us. Absolutely no problems at all during our stay thank you.

Good location on the northern edge of Manchester. 4 miles to Arndale, but over 20 mins drive. Quiet night. Great breakfast, not buffet excellent friendly service from Natalie. Usual complaint about power sockets in the room for charging phones at night.
