"This hotel was a pleasant surprise with fantastic service! A big thank you to Butler Beibei for her incredibly attentive care. Despite her small frame, she's a powerhouse – helping with luggage, bringing snacks and mung bean soup, and even arranging a late check-out for us until 2 PM. She was always responsive to our inquiries on WeChat, truly making us feel well looked after. The rooms were also excellent; the kids absolutely loved the loft family room and didn't want to leave! The hotel itself was spotless, boasting a charming European-style decor. The restaurant's food was exceptionally delicious. What's more, it's incredibly convenient, being just a 12-minute drive from the airport. Overall, a perfect 5-star experience!"

"We stay here second time . And it is one of the best location, view . Perfect location to hide from crowd & same time stay close to all places . Nice breakfast & afternoon tea. We will come back again . We had active hiking & cycling during our visit . Also many nice places for trail run , famous cycling road is close to this place . Highly recommend this nice hotel. "I stayed in this special hotel in Hangzhou at the end of the holiday. I chose a parent-child room, which my children liked very much. The overall feeling was ok and the decoration was also very special. There were only a few minor issues, such as the room card system malfunctioning when checking in and the smart toilet in the room making noises all the time (you have to turn the button), otherwise it would be perfect"

"After reading all the reviews, I decided to stay in this B&B. The overall feeling is pretty good. The waiters are all young people, welcoming and answering questions. They also cooperated and met my special requirements in various ways. The hotel design is very tasteful, all supporting facilities are branded, and there is floor heating in the room in winter. Breakfast and supper are very delicious. The geographical location has its advantages. The door is Fajing Temple. Walking along Tianzhu Road to Lingyin Temple, you will also pass by Fajing Temple. There are various small shops on Tianzhu Road, including restaurants, cafes and teahouses, all of which are very unique. A little further away from the main road is the Sketch Restaurant and other large restaurants, which is still very convenient. I usually take a taxi to go in and out, and the congestion of Lingyin Road is also famous. Occasionally, I found that bus 1314 can avoid the most congested section of Lingyin Temple. This B&B has only 8 rooms. I hope he can stick to the excellent service and small and exquisite style."

"The butler service was exceptional. They even filled the hot tub with water before we checked in. The hotel's overall facilities are excellent, and the breakfast was diverse. The scenery is also beautiful; you can enjoy the stunning views of Xianghu Lake right from the hotel without even stepping out. "My family and I visited Xixi Wetland during the National Day holiday and stayed in Room 19 of the 'Hushu Guest House.' The 60-square-meter room was spacious and airy, perfect for three people. The decor was a charming Chinese retro style, and the garden landscape was beautiful and serene. Overall, the stay was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 🏠 **Indoor Environment:** The room featured an entryway for shoes, a bathroom, a sitting area, a bedroom, and a private outdoor terrace. I loved being able to see the lake directly from the bed – very relaxing. A nighttime soak in the tub was wonderful, with a lovely view outside the window. 💁 **Service:** The butler and all staff members were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. There was a dedicated shuttle service from the North Gate of the wetland. After check-in, the butler thoughtfully explained the hotel's garden design and surroundings, then guided us to our room and detailed its layout. We received complimentary welcome fruit and evening service, and the entire room smelled fragrant and fresh. We also participated in a craft class with an instructor, which was a great experience. 🍃 **Outdoor Environment:** The winding paths were secluded and picturesque. All guest room areas could be accessed via a single loop, so there was no getting lost, and along the way, we experienced various scenic views. The air was fresh, there was abundant greenery, and it was very quiet – even the elderly enjoyed it. 📪 **Minor Drawbacks:** Unfortunately, the complimentary photoshoot service we were offered fell through as the collaborating photographer bailed, so we didn't get to experience that. Also, we forgot to claim the complimentary drinks at the bar."

"For a hotel of this price, the hardware is good, especially the tea mountain landscape and the garden design of the small courtyard are great, the furniture selection is good, and the owner has good taste. But the software is not so good. In addition, I like the housekeeper, who responded promptly and had a good attitude. 1. The breakfast is average, and there are many people in the comment area who give feedback. Not only is there a small variety, but the quality is also average. The coffee is too watery, and only the croissants are delicious. If the variety is maintained and the quality of the ingredients is improved, it will be further improved. 2. The minibar contains 2 bottles of Evian, and the drinking water is a simple Nongfu Spring. The grade is too ordinary and cannot compare with other slightly lower-priced B&Bs. 3. The entire B&B building is relatively small, so don't expect too much. A big bug came into the house, and guests need to be reminded to prevent insects and provide necessary facilities. If there are special services, it will be more points, and the competition in B&Bs is quite fierce now."

"My expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular. The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite. The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent. Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic."

"A beautiful stay in Hangzhou. Not far from the hustle and bustle of the busy, touristy streets. Only 30-40 minutes car ride from Xizili Westlake Art Hotel located at North Jianguo Metro station. We needed a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy and this was perfect! We got to explore the premises and enjoy the scenery of the tea leaves plantation. The hotel is right below the tea leaves plantation which we took a hike after late lunch. Breathtaking view! They also provided welcome fruits, drinks, tea, desserts and a little bag upon check in and out. Breakfast was sumptuous and serving was generous! Very responsive on WeChat and provided us with extra bottles of water and pillows. They also kindly gave us an option for free upgrade to a bigger room. Hot shower and bathtub was good! I enjoyed the books at the communal area and wished I had more time to relax and read there. My son loved the bicycle and cycled around the premises. We enjoyed exploring the village and enjoy the local restaurants and cafes. It was a short but enjoyable 1 night stay! Wished the pool was open for use with hot water!"

"The homestay is overall very new and advanced, with complete room facilities, floor heating, air conditioning and smart house series. When you get up in the morning and open the curtains, the sun will shine in the room (the whole B&B should be facing the same direction, which is really satisfying for those who like to bask in the sun~ The B&B is located independently in the mountains, and you can enjoy the mountain scenery alone. The privacy is also max. It is the best choice for you to get away from the city with three or five friends on weekends. (The dishes of the B&B aunt are also delicious, hahaha, and nourishing~ ps. You can go to the nearby Jingshan Temple to worship, which is said to be very effective (the dragon rope is very unique, and the amulets, refrigerator magnets, pendants, and bracelets are also very beautiful.
