"We were lured by the in-room hot tub! However, once we had it filled with (lukewarm) water- the hottest the tap would go- lots of scum/bugs/hair/dust rose to the surface and we didn't dare put our limbs, nevermind submerge, into the tub. No jets or anything to stir it up a bit at least either. Oh well, that's what I get for falling for the allure of the private hot tub! It's kind of reflective on the town itself- outwardly nice but it's all kinda there just to lure you in rather than provide any sort of genuine experience. Besides that, very attentive staff that adds you on WeChat for convenient communication at all hours and very close to the night market and many restaurants."

"Facilities: The French aesthetic is absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor featuring lush greenery paired with black and white – perfect for photoshoots. We had airport pickup service in a spacious GL8 business seven-seater. The lobby offers complimentary self-serve refreshments like fresh flower cakes and Pu'er tea, plenty for everyone. The room also thoughtfully provided disposable bath liners and toilet seat covers, which was very convenient. Cleanliness: All the glass throughout the hotel was spotless. However, the room's disinfection needs improvement. Before going to bed, I found a lot of large ants near the sink, which scared me! Thankfully, the butler responded quickly and brought insecticide. Environment: It's right in the city center, and the soundproofing is decent. Getting a taxi can be a bit of a hassle due to potential traffic, but it's very convenient for walking around, and it's close to Gaozhuang."

"【Yunshe Private Pickup】Airport or train station pick-up for 2 or more people (reservations required one day in advance): The Moroccan-style rooms on higher floors are particularly beautiful. The entire room is equipped with smart devices, making for a very comfortable stay. We stayed for three consecutive nights, and the cleaning staff came every day to keep the place very clean. The front desk service was excellent. It's worth mentioning that there's a rooftop terrace with night views, as well as fitness equipment and a swimming pool. Overall, we were very satisfied with the price."

"The hotel is very friendly to self-driving tours, with convenient parking right outside the hotel. The location is fantastic, surrounded by a variety of delicious restaurants. You can find food right outside, and the Xingguang Night Market is very convenient. The hotel has an exotic atmosphere, and the square courtyard is very comfortable. The swimming pool is especially clean, beautiful, and full of tropical rainforest characteristics. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, and there is also plenty of free mineral water in the lobby. It's really great!"

"This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spacious and very clean, and I loved the smart toilet. It's super close to the Starlight Night Market, and there are tons of dining options nearby. The river view and private hot spring made my two-day stay so comfortable. "I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The staff was very thoughtful and upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped with disposable amenities and was very clean. They even provided a free disposable bath bag for the bathtub and disinfectant alcohol wipes and disposable toilet seat covers in the bathroom, so I was really impressed with the hygiene. They also offered complimentary welcome fruit and afternoon tea. I have to especially mention the breakfast – it was different every day, nutritious, and delicious. The chef prepared it fresh every morning, which was much more environmentally friendly and thoughtful than the usual repetitive buffets. Given the value for money and service, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"This time, three classmates went out and found this homestay online. It is located in a quiet community near the lively Gaozhuang. The room type is a suite with three bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and two bathrooms. The facilities are complete and full of home. The three bedrooms are very good. You can rest without disturbing each other. There are gas utensils in the kitchen, so you can cook your own meals. There are supermarkets, restaurants and stalls outside the community. It is very convenient to buy things and eat. The price is affordable, very comfortable and satisfactory! The homestay also has airport pick-up and drop-off services. The boss and housekeeper are all Mao Duoli, a lot of handsome guys, perfect!"

"Coming to Xishuangbanna in December was perfect weather-wise. On the last day of my trip, before flying back north, I decided to spend a day at the hot springs. I chose the Ganlu room, which has pure hydrogen sulfide hot springs – definitely a sulfuric smell, but after soaking, my skin felt incredibly smooth, and I slept like a baby. Besides the private bath, there are also three small public hot spring pools and one large one. The butler mentioned that this area was originally a hot spring site. In the Peacock Valley courtyard, there are about 5-6 peacocks and a little calico cat. Breakfast is complimentary, and the environment is very comfortable. The only downside is that the road to the village is quite remote; I thought I had taken a wrong turn at one point."

"While writing this review on the high-speed train home, I've already started experiencing withdrawal symptoms. This was my last hotel during my four-day, three-night trip, and I feel like I wish I'd discovered it sooner! I never write reviews, but the sheer surprise and delight I got from the Thai Hyatt truly deserves my serious assessment! Environment: The minimalist black and white décor and various decorative items give the hotel a sophisticated feel; the designer's aesthetic sense is undeniably excellent! The pool area is my favorite part of the entire hotel!! It's also the main reason I'm so satisfied with the Thai Hyatt. Swimming and sunbathing in the pool area in the afternoon feels like being in Bali, Hawaii, or Phuket. As someone who loves summer, pools, and vacations, I wish I could lie on a lounge chair and soak in the pool from sunrise to sunset. Before coming, I was worried the water would be too cold to go in, but actually, the temperature was perfect! Incredibly refreshing! In short, the entire pool area made me feel: my life should be wasted in a place like this. Room amenities: The toiletries were all excellent and of high quality; they even provided body lotion. The toothpaste was from Shuke, and it came in a large tube, so there was no shortage. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows included two memory foam pillows and two fluffy, soft cotton pillows—the feel was unbeatable, and I slept very comfortably. It's especially helpful for those with sleep problems to achieve deep sleep. Special praise for the bathrobe! It was incredibly comfortable!!! Silky smooth and soft; I didn't want to take it off, and I almost impulsively bought it! Also worth praising is the TV—it's the largest hotel TV I've ever seen, I think it's around 100 inches. If you haven't seen *Interstellar*, you should definitely check out the TV at the Thai Hyatt; it's big, clear, and provides a perfect viewing experience—ideal for watching sci-fi blockbusters. Service: The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They greeted me proactively and were incredibly attentive. I forgot to order afternoon tea on my first day, but the hotel still provided me with a beautiful and complimentary afternoon tea on my check-out day, which surprised and pleased me greatly. I also forgot to book a transfer to the train station a day in advance, but the hotel still arranged a Mercedes-Benz van for me. Later, when I changed the transfer time, the hotel staff, to ensure I didn't miss my train, took me directly to the entrance of Gaozhuang to wait for the van in a sightseeing bus. They truly put customers first. Special praise to the staff who arranged the afternoon tea and van, and the staff who took me to the entrance of Gaozhuang in the sightseeing bus! Location: Need I say more? It's practically a zero-step walk to the Starlight Night Market! It's incredibly close, and the observation deck on the sixth floor offers panoramic views of the Starlight Night Market and the Buddhist temple. There's no need to squeeze into the crowds at the Starlight Night Market to take photos; you can capture stunning shots with the same background right from the observation deck!
