An oversized deck off the main living area with a huge farmhouse table and benches offers a wonderful setting for alfresco meals. It overlooks the pool and has a beautiful view of the lake. The focal point of the yard is a beautiful, heated tropical pool with a waterfall, spa and a swim-up Tiki Bar. The pool also features several sitting areas and a shallow area for younger kids. **Please note! Pool heater in our home is locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. The pool temperature is set 84 to 91 degrees. Please note, if cold days or nights occur water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold (below 50). While we take every precaution to ensure that pool is heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. The spa attached to the pool is NOT a hot tub. The temperature of the spa is the same as that of the pool but it can be temporarily increased to 104 degrees. Guests should not expect hot tub like temperatures for the spa. In the event of pool equipment malfunctions during your stay, we will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close the swimming pool for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
