Guests enjoy access to the building's polished lobby, sun deck, pool, bbq area, fitness room, paid parking options and on-site paid laundry. This elevated hotel-style studio features a small/standing private lanai with city views and sleeps 4. KITCHEN/DINING This home includes a kitchenette area with a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cups, cutlery and coffee mugs. LIVING/SLEEPING AREA The living/sleeping area has two queen size beds (sleeps 2 each), closet, smart tv, ac, drawers, and private lanai.
