There is an assortment of pots and pans, baking dishes and toaster for your use. Basic spices have been provided for your convenience. There are enough dishes for 12 in the cabinets. The kitchen also has kid-friendly dishes and silverware.Important Note: As this is a pool house, we prioritize safety and do not provide glass drinkware. Instead, we offer special acrylic glasses for water and wine. Due to regular dishwasher use, these glasses may occasionally have a cloudy haze. Please rest assured that they are thoroughly cleaned by our cleaning team for each guest’s arrival.DINING ROOMWe have a large dining table which can accommodate 8 individuals. Two additional chairs are also available for your use. There is a table in the lower level that can accommodate 4ENTERTAINMENT ROOMRelax and watch a show or movie on the 75 inch TV. There is also a selection of board games and books for you to choose from in the accent shelf in the room. There is also a table for 4 where you can sit and enjoy the board games. HOME GYM AND KID'S PLAY ROOMThere is a home gym with a exercise bicycle, a yoga mat and free weights for your to stay active during your stay. The room also has several kids books and toys and a space for your little ones to relax and unwind. GAME ROOMThe game room on the main level has a large 55 inch TV to watch your favorite sports or enjoy a game of pool, foosball or air hockey with your friends and family. POOL AND HOT TUBThe pool and hot tub are some of the highlights of the home. The pool is fenced for your safety and is 5 ft deep all around. The hot tub accommodates 3 persons. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October, depending on the weather. The hot tub is available year-round. There are pool noodles and float toys available for your use during the stay. Please make sure to read the house rules and pool rules before using the pool. Children must be supervised at all times in and near the water.The pool and hot tub are serviced weekly by a pool service company - they come by on Tuesday during business hours. The service appointment typically lasts for 30 minutes and depending on their work, you may not be able to use the pool or hot tub for 2-3 hours. The cleaning ensures that the pool and hot tub are safe and clean for your use. We will provide you a heads up if the service company will be coming by during your stay. Please note that since it is an outdoor pool, there is occasionally organic debris like leaves and petals in the water. Please feel free to use the pool cleaning net to remove such debris if you feel necessary. The pool service company does not come for additional cleaning to remove natural debris. If there is an accident in the pool that requires cleaning, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for the pool maintenance company to perform a supplemental clean. Please note that an additional cleaning charge of $100 will apply for this service.TVThere are 4 ROKU TVs in the home. LAUNDRYThe laundry area is in the small room in the basement. There is a washer and dryer available for your use. We also provide complimentary dishwasher pods. There is an ironing board and iron available for your use in the closet in the upstairs corridor, across from the queen bedroom. CLEANINGWe have a local company service our home prior to your stay. If something is not up to the mark, please bring it to our attention by text or through the booking platform within 6 hours of arriving. This allows up to address the issue and bring it up to our standard. Our crews thrive on positive feedback. Please send us any compliments or add them to your review. PEST CONTROLThe home receives regular pest control to keep the yard and home as pest free as possible. Please understand the possibility of seeing them in and around the home as they tend to creep in on all sorts of things. If you spot something, please let us know immediately so we can determine if an emergency call to the pest control is needed. Please help us by keeping the doors and windows closed whenever possible to the prevent them from sneaking in. House RulesPlease make sure to review these rules and share them with all the members of the group. Any violation of the house rules will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refunds. 1) Check-in time is between 4pm - 12 am. 2) Check-out time is 11am3) No parties or events allowed. Turn on the dishwasher before checking out. The dishwasher detergent is in the cabinets. - Counters and cooktop must be wiped down after cooking and clean on checkout.- Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans or frying pans.- Please remove all footwear at the door of our house.- Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage (adjacent near garage bins are available outside) before the smell fills my home.- Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel found in the kitchen instead.- All makeup must be removed before using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming. - Laundry detergent is provided to guests to complete any necessary laundry. Leave the washing machine door slightly open when finished. Remember to empty the lint trap at the front of the dryer before and after every use.- Fireplace is only decorative. DONOT intend to turn on. We have never used it. Damages will be fully guest responsibility.- Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage. They are decorative elements and not for regular guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard.- Late check-outs and early check-ins are challenging since the listing might be booked back to back. Depending on the circumstance, fees for an early check-in and/or late check-out may range from $50 up to fully cost of the nightly rate of the reservation, and that will not grant you the night.- For your security and ours cameras are on but are not constantly monitored; they are located ring main door, back parking, back swimming pool and pool shed equipment.Fee summary:We take our VRBO business and these rules very seriously. This is an Amazing Lake House! Easily accommodates your family. All new beds and luxury bedding, towels, etc. Spacious kitchen. Kids will want to be in the huge pool all day. Adults will enjoy the spa.The layout is great for entertaining or just relaxing. 6,000sf consisting of 8 bedrooms on 4 floors each with a living room and a wall mounted TV. We have a spacious and inviting entryway that doubles as a 2nd dining room for larger families, a master suite with his and her bathrooms, a large kitchen with double ovens. It is fully stocked. or really just order pizza. Supersized wall mounted TV in living room (floor 2). An adult floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, veranda, and living room and laundry room with new high end washer/dryer (floor 3). A kid floor with play area, TV, tepee, games, a barn for little ones, etc. One room has 2 bunk beds the other "kid" room has 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa (floor 4). Finished basement opens to the pool, indoor eating area, outdoor picnic area, kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster and has a queen bed, twin daybed and sofa (floor 1). Exercise room with direct access to hot tub and pool. The oversized 2 car finished garage is currently being used for ping pong, video arcade games, regulation pool table , 3-hole putt putt, foosball, giant jenga, and has a second new washer/dryer set.
