"This 4-star hotel seems to fall short of the standards we'd expect in our country. Although it's small and was supposedly renovated in 2023, the actual condition didn't really impress me. Many reviews mentioned the pool being unusable, so I didn't even bother checking it out. The staff were friendly, but I was quite surprised by how sparingly they provided towels and toilet paper. No face towels are given; only bath towels and hand towels. It felt like they were short on towels in general, as when they brought new ones, they'd only pick up one out of several used ones from the floor. The most urgent issue, though, was the inexplicable smell in the hallway. During my 5-night stay, the main inconveniences were the constant shortage of towels and the showerhead that sprayed towards the door. On the bright side, I didn't see a single bug! Oh, and based on other reviews, I never tried the breakfast."

"The hotel is located on Hon Tre Island, offering a quieter environment compared to the city. The resort facilities are comprehensive, with lush greenery and beautiful flowers artfully arranged. The pool, beach, and ocean fulfill all vacation needs. It doesn't feel old or moldy; quite the opposite, it feels rather new, making me wonder if it's been renovated. The breakfast selection is incredibly varied and delicious. All the staff are exceptionally friendly, making for a fantastic stay."

"This hotel features a wide range of room types across its four buildings, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and villas. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. We had originally booked for one week, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we spontaneously extended it for another week. Ms. Vy and Mr. Vuong from the hotel's fitness center were incredibly kind and helpful; they played pickleball with us every day. The pickleball court here is considered one of the best in Nha Trang, even attracting local members who play daily. The hotel is conveniently located about 2 kilometers from Nha Trang Beach by taxi, with complimentary shuttle services available twice a day, in the morning and afternoon. It's situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the Po Nagar Cham Towers. Ordering food delivery to the hotel is also an option. It was truly ideal for our family of two adults and three children. We had such a fantastic experience that we felt compelled to leave a positive review, and this is actually my first time writing one on Ctrip. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. "Меня смутил запах плесени и влажности из кондеев. Кондиционер находится в потолке, что кстати удобно и приятно. Кухня чуть-чуть была грязновата, но нам номер нужен был всего на 4 дня. Бассейн маленький на 36 этаже есть, и на том спасибо. Предупреждаю всех заранее - в зависимости от части, где вас поселят - то вы и будете слушать. Вокруг отеля находятся школа, футбольные поля для тренировок, дорога, церковь, а также площадь, где по утрам проводят зарядки с колонками. Шум, возможно, может начинаться с 4:30 утра. Но это Вьетнам - вам тут к этому придется привыкнуть"

"I really liked the hotel's location; everything is close by. There's a stunning sea view from the balcony and beautiful sunrises. Check-in was on time, and the staff were friendly. The furniture, towels, and bedding are outdated, but everything is clean. Towels are changed daily, and trash is taken out. The bed is large and comfortable. The fridge, however, is a bit of a joke – more for chilling drinks, and even then, it takes a full day. The blackout curtains are good, and the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel also has a laundry service (for a fee in VND) and currency exchange. Cafes and fruit stalls are all nearby. We plan to return!"

"When we checked in they gave us an ”upgrade” but when we entered the room it had a queen bed plus a bunk bed, we had booked one king bed. The room we booked also had a sofa and more space as it didnt have a bunk bed. So we ended up with a bed we didn't need and less space. The staff didn't explain us about the change and we arrived tired and just noticed the bed was queen and not king after sleeping on it the first night. The pool is very cold and it doesn't get any sun, so don't expect to use it. Besides they closed it after our first day stay, during new years high season!!! There was a loud drilling noise starting at 9 am!!! It was a renovation inside the hotel. Again during high season. Why would they do that at 9 am?? The breakfast closes at 10am, I think it might be a bit early for some single and couples. We usually wake up early but after new years we woke up late and almost lost the breakfast. 10:30 would be ideal I guess. The beach beds are a joke, the hotel has only 3! It's impossible to get it, so you need to pay in cash to use other chairs on the beach. That would be ok if it was not a surprise! There us also no service at the beach, you need to order drinks and food inside the hotel. The food was really good, the place was clean and the location is convenient. I think those were the highlights."

"The hotel offers comprehensive and thoughtful services. Guests can enjoy the hotel's amenities right from the pier. The pier reception lobby is exquisitely designed, and the staff's service is impeccable. After check-in, a staff member personally escorted us to the cable car, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Guests can use the cable car or boat for free. Upon arrival at the pier, the hotel also arranges complimentary transfers. Additionally, the hotel provides free shuttle services to VinWonders and back. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and there's a large swimming pool. We loved the private beach – the sand was fine, white, and the water crystal clear. Staff even picked up trash to keep the beach clean. We absolutely adored the beach, though there were sea mosquitoes whose bites hurt for days. It would be great if there were more activity options, as we didn't go to VinWonders every day."

"Overall, my experience was just average. The hotel's environment is undeniably great – beaches, BBQ, and a pool are all standard. Guests can conveniently travel between the main road and the island by speedboat or cable car. However, the rooms are quite old, and the facilities are dated. Most importantly, the service feels like it's stuck in 1980s China. The 1977 yuan included accommodation and three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). At dinner, I ordered a beer, which was about 20 yuan. I didn't have cash, and my Chinese credit card couldn't be processed. I offered to go back to my room to get cash or have it charged to my room. I even signed the bill with my room number. To my surprise, the waitstaff repeatedly badgered me for payment and even brought me to the hotel front desk to try my credit card again, which still didn't work. They insisted I go back to my room for cash. I lost my temper and loudly complained, which caught the attention of the restaurant manager. The manager was quite reasonable; he apologized profusely, waived the drink bill, and even saw us off with a smile. The next day, I had a flight from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City at 8:40 AM, which required an early start to catch the speedboat to the mainland. Breakfast started at 6 AM, and the lobby also opened at 6 AM. I had arranged for two breakfast boxes the night before since I wouldn't have time to eat in the restaurant, as the shuttle bus was leaving at 6:15 AM. At 6 AM, I collected my breakfast boxes from the lobby and saw that the restaurant was open. I asked a server if I could have a cup of coffee. The server consulted a manager (not the same one from the previous night's restaurant) and was told that since breakfast had already been packed, I couldn't have coffee. I just had to smile wryly and give up. In conclusion, everything in Vietnam is developing and changing, much like China experienced similar transformations. The income of the working class is low, and while there's a unique Southeast Asian spirit of contentment with simplicity, the standard of international modern service still needs improvement."
