Very very nice :)

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in . The staff are wonderful so friendly and accommodating. The supervisor Panagiotis kept everything running smoothly and was always helpful . The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the food is lovely. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the flexibility of changing meals to lunchtime or eating out in a restaurant. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we were married in Cyprus. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Our 8th time at Sunrise Gardens, great location, central to everything, always a fantastic stay, rooms kept immaculate by the hard working cleaning staff, great choice for your meals, all the staff are very polite and helpful, nothing is to much trouble, Petroula who runs the pool bar is a diamond.

We've just returned from another fabulous holiday at Sunrise Gardens, and once again it exceeded all expectations. It never fails to amaze me how wonderful every member of the team is and how dedicated they are to ensuring every guest has the best possible holiday. Their passion for making your stay special shines through in everything they do. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with a warm welcome from Leontis, Sofia, Despo and Mykola on reception. Throughout your stay they are always on hand to help with anything you need, no matter how big, small or even random the request may be. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The waiters, waitresses and bar staff are equally impressive. They always greet you with a smile, take the time to chat, and genuinely care about whether you're enjoying your day and your holiday. They strike the perfect balance between being friendly and professional, and their attention to guests is outstanding. The chefs deserve special recognition. They are some of the happiest, friendliest people you could meet and always greet guests with a genuine smile. Last year, when we visited with our grandchildren, the Head Chef noticed we were struggling with a couple of picky eaters. He came over and told us that whatever they wanted, we only had to ask and his team would prepare it. As a parent himself, he understood how particular young children can be. That level of kindness and flexibility is something I'll never forget, especially when the kitchen already provides such an extensive menu. Housekeeping is on another level altogether. The attention to detail is incredible. I've watched the team sweeping pathways and even the road between the two blocks, taking great pride in keeping everything spotless. The pool areas and sun loungers are cleaned before most guests are even out of bed. Rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels every day and bed linen changed regularly. They work incredibly hard but never compromise on the quality of service they provide. The pool maintenance team also deserves praise. The pools are checked and cleaned every evening and again first thing in the morning to ensure everything is safe and pristine. The lifeguard takes his role very seriously, particularly when it comes to pool towels, and honestly, he made me laugh every single day! The maintenance team is always available to quickly resolve any issues. During our stay, our hairdryer started making a strange noise. I mentioned it to reception on our way to dinner and by the time we returned, a brand-new hairdryer had already been installed. That's service at its best. Finally, and by no means least, I have to mention Petula at the pool bar. She truly makes your holiday special. Her energy, humour and genuine care for guests are second to none. She makes everyone feel welcome and always goes the extra mile. We had my 92-year-old dad with us both last year and this year, and Petula made a point of checking on him every day to

Fully Recommend this hotel to everyone after stopping multiple times . From the time you arrive and check in at the friendly reception you are treated like family. The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard and are very comfortable with large double beds. The restaurant and the brilliant chefs cook a great selection of mouth watering food with a large choice on offer. The staff are very polite and friendly and make your meal times extra special and a great highlight of your holiday. Will look forward to my next holiday there in beautiful Protaras.

Fantastic stay at Sunrise Gardens. This is a lovely friendly hotel. The staff cannot do enough to accommodate you and make sure you enjoy your stay. Rooms cleaned daily along with towels changed daily. Always spotless. Special shout out to Ilias from breakfast and Kyklos Restaurant who always made everyone feel welcome and special. And Petroula, the best poolbar manager, whose coffees always tasted the best....because they were made with love. She does an amazing job remembering everyone's name and what they drink. The hotel itself is centrally located in the middle of the Protaras strip but still quiet enough away from the noise to get a good night's sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

I decided to go to this hotel for my solo holiday in September to meet up with friends and I wasn't disappointed, my friend recommended this hotel having stayed last year, it turned out to be a fantastic stay

Lovely welcoming hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout. Change of towels daily and poolside towels provided. We are beach lovers but noticed despite polite notices aoubd pool asking not to reserve sunbeds there were many reserved before 7am. Food was very good but not always hot. All staff are very friendly and make you feel valued customers. Although on the strip which was very busy and noisy rooms are well sound proofed.

Another fantastic stay at the Sunrise Gardens. The hotel is spotless and location perfect. Food is lovely. All staff are friendly and welcoming.
