Captain Pier Hotel

I am currently staying at this hotel. I would like to highlight the great location, the nice beach nearby, and the availability of everything one might need while traveling. The room is spacious, and the housekeeping is good. The food is tasty and plentiful. However! If you choose the Half Board (HB) meal plan—breakfast and dinner—you should know that tea, water, or coffee at dinner costs extra. We didn't learn this from the tour operator, nor were we warned at reception. We found out right there at dinner, in the middle of the restaurant. It made it look as though we were trying to get a free cup of tea. It was a very unpleasant experience that completely spoiled my impression of the vacation.

The best hotel. The drinks were absolutely magical—all thanks to Zahid and Arman at the bar. I had read that these two were skilled and friendly, and now I understand what people are talking about. I wish them both all the best. Thanks for everything! We will definitely be back.

A lovely hotel with everything you could need – perfect for adults! 🌴✨ Fantastic staff, and especially the best bartenders ever! They were incredibly friendly, fun, and always provided excellent service. 🍹😄 A huge thank you to Zahid & Arman for all the laughs, wonderful moments, and amazing drinks! You truly made our stay extra special and memorable. ❤️ We would definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the best vacation! Zahid and Arman are the funniest ja kindest bartenders i have met. Good drinks and funny jokes. Always smiling and being polite. They asked more towels and plankets for us, thank you for that. Food and housekeeping was great! I would recommend this to everyone. Thanks for this vacation and the memories that we made together :)

We had the best bartenders Arman and Zahid! They we’re so kind and funny! They took always care for us, and had the biggest smiles to customers! I had only one bad thing, in the restaurant was this guy who touched without asking permission, and that was uncomfortable. But this was the best vacation I had! Thanks to them! Also the rooms was clean thanks to Sofia!!＜3

Better experience than last year. Staff was perfect, super kind and helpful. Especially Arman, Zahid and Iqram. Supernice people. Hotel itself is decent. Room cleanliness is very good and privacy is honored. Location is very good, there's many restaurants and shops nearby. There's good sized pool and excellent bartenders as said. Buffet food isn't the best, but it'll take your hunger away. Ps. Give raise to people mentioned above.

I’d like to give a special mention to Irfan from the housekeeping team. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. He kept our room tidy, made the beds, brought us fresh towels whenever we needed them, and was always happy to help. What stood out most was his friendly attitude and the lovely conversation we had. He made us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated, and his kindness really made a difference to our stay at Captain Pier Hotel. Thank you, Irfan, for your hard work and for making our stay feel that little bit more special. You are a real credit to the hotel!
