Its old. The construction is old and the decoration is old. So if you are looking for an edgy and design hotel, nope. This is not it… But it delivers. For the price… staff are helpful, breakfast is basic but good enough, and the location is very good.

Service is good, location is excellent walking distance to tallest building with many shopping needs, Bath facilities are a little bit dated. For the price paid it is good value.

The hotel is a bit old for my taste, maybe need a refresh. Also please know that the parking is not in the hotel, is about 500 meter away from it

Excellent location that allows to move to different places along the city. It is close to Santiago's Metro (L1), making it well connected to the City's downtown, as well as the Bus Station that serves to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso, as well as the Airport.

My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to. The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

The amenities and fixtures are old and deteriorated. For example, the toilet seat was very worn. The main door to the room didn't close properly. In an emergency, it could have gotten stuck. The amenities, such as soap and shampoo, were for one person only, and the charge was higher than the price indicated on the website. And I found the breakfast to be lacking in variety; for example, there were no sweet options, or there was no bacon...

The service girl at the front desk is very good. Whether arranging check-in, arranging breakfast or answering various inquiries, she does her best and is enthusiastic. Her English level is also very good. Security is always open and greeting. The beds and supplies in the house were all clean and dry. The room on the side was bright and bright, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The tallest tower in America on the left and the famous snow-capped mountains in the distance on the right were clearly visible. Overlooking a quiet yet lively street. It is only walking distance from the supermarket at the foot of the tallest tower, opposite the Starbucks and below, surrounded by pizza, McDonald's, KFC or other hotel restaurants. The transportation is convenient and safe. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Yogurt, cheese balls, kiwi fruit, "sweet twists" and coffee are all my favorites.

El hotel está muy bien, con habitaciones súper amplias y el personal muy amable. El desayuno quizás poco saludable, los productos bastante procesados y no se pueden pedir huevos al momento como en otros hoteles de este tipo. Yogures solo de sabores, sin opciones naturales, el café bastante malo, bollería muy industrial, lo único que tomamos fue la fruta y estaba bien.
