Great location. Comfortable room and bed. Rooms noted on ******* at time of our bookingto have balcony, but only a few rooms actually have a balcony in the hotel. Great staff. Very nice breakfast and sitting area for breakfast. Great shower pressure and water is hot. No elevator.

Great location in upbeat vibes bohemian centre; extremely convenient for walking to major attractions and especially good for Pablo Neruda afficianados as Mathilde house is a few hundred meters away and this was his neighbourhood
