Excellent hostel, with lots of place on the ground floor to socialize, meet other travelers, and just chill. Hostel is easy to locate (though at the end of an alley, but not unsafe). The neighbourhood is fantastic, with a very nice park where kids and dogs etc play and enjoy the Santiago weather. It's a 10 min walk from Baquedano station, which gives direct connectivity to 2 of the frequently used metro lines (Line 1 and Line 5). The hostel staff are cheerful, and happy to help. There is a vending machine as well if you want to get a bottle of water etc. The rooms are a bit small and look like they have seen a bit of wear, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again.
