Stay away from this place. The staff is undertrained and unfriendly. Not sure what is their target, but this is NOT a boutique and friendly hotel.
I had to book here because of the location ( which is very good ) . Booked three nights, left at the second, and will ask ******* for a refund the third.

I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast that’s included is out of this world. It changes daily and the variety of foods is amazing! It’s clean, in a safe area, and around the corner from good places to eat. I recommend the Peruvian restaurant above Holitel.

I loved this place. Excellent shower, bed & breakfast. The personnel, starting with Tony, the manager, make you feel like you’re at home. The location cannot be better, near the metro & Costanera Center. Super quiet street. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was cozy and has nice decoration. The room was clean and had all the required amenities. I absolutely loved the bed! It was super comfortable. The location is a residential area, we appreciated that because we did not want any city noise. They brought the breakfast to the room, it had variety and we liked it. The staff was friendly and helped us when we had some questions. Keep in mind that there are not a lot of restaurants, bars and such right nearby, but the area is nice to go for a walk. Overall, a good experience.

Un hermoso y pequeño hotel en providencia, muy cómodo, en pareja nuestra habitación era pequeña pero muy práctica y nos encantó. Es un hotel pequeño, pero eso le da un toque discreto y un trato muy profesional y cercano. Desayuno buffet bastante rico y con gran variedad de postres. Muy cercano a lugares de interés.

Café fraco e com horário marcado (achei muito ruim ter q marcar horário), quarto e banheiro muito pequeno, cheio de regras, suite com alguns itens velhos e já quebrados
