"The service girl at the front desk is very good. Whether arranging check-in, arranging breakfast or answering various inquiries, she does her best and is enthusiastic. Her English level is also very good. Security is always open and greeting. The beds and supplies in the house were all clean and dry. The room on the side was bright and bright, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The tallest tower in America on the left and the famous snow-capped mountains in the distance on the right were clearly visible. Overlooking a quiet yet lively street. It is only walking distance from the supermarket at the foot of the tallest tower, opposite the Starbucks and below, surrounded by pizza, McDonald's, KFC or other hotel restaurants. The transportation is convenient and safe. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Yogurt, cheese balls, kiwi fruit, "sweet twists" and coffee are all my favorites."

"I stayed for one night, from November 13th to 14th. My stay was terrible from the start. Upon arrival, the room had no towels; I reported this, but they never brought any. I even went back a second time to ask for some, as I had an event and needed to shower. The receptionist told me he couldn't help me because he was alone and couldn't leave the reception area, leaving me completely unattended. I ended up having to use a sheet, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the room key didn't work. I went down to reception to sort it out, but the key card still wouldn't open the door, and I had to go down two more times. Terrible service. I've stayed in many hotels, and this has been by far the worst experience. I do not recommend it."

"Check-in was very good and quick. The quality of the breakfast wasn't great; for example, the fruit was hard. I liked that there was a water filter available in the reception area and on every floor. The pool is quite narrow, and as far as I know, towels aren't provided there. Finally, a small detail: we left before breakfast at 7:00 a.m., the official breakfast time, and they refused to put a couple of things on a plate for us, even though the buffet was already ready."

"The entry promises much with a grand sign above the front door. However that is where the good news ends. We had asked on the booking for a quiet room but we were placed on an end room right next to a building site putting up new apartments - so from 9am to 9pm it was so noisy you couldn't hear yourself think. The second major problem was the were painting on our floor and the fumes made sleeping difficult. The room itself was basic 3 star. Yes it had a safe but other than that very utilitarian. We complained about the major issues listed above during the stay and again on checkout. Eventually they agreed to a substantial discount but did so without apology. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel at all."

"The rooms seemed extremely small to me. It was difficult to move around, even within the room itself. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. We had to request one at reception, and they "lent" us one after we left a deposit. It's unheard of that you have to ask to borrow a hairdryer in a hotel. Also, in the booking instructions, we requested a room far from the elevator, but they put us right in front of it. I inquired about this as soon as I arrived, and they lied to me, saying we were far away. I pointed this out to them because, while I understand they might not have enough rooms, guests are bound to have a bad impression of the place if they lie about such unnecessary things. Furthermore, I don't think the staff did their job well. They should be more attentive. There was shouting in the hallway, and it was really difficult for us to get the rest we needed. The top bunk was very uncomfortable. There were three of us, and they only gave us two towels."
