Review Gigliotto From the moment we walked through the door we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. I recommend arriving with a big appetite, as their freshly grown produce was delicious and plentiful throughout the 3 course meal. The home grown olives were amazing and their red house wine was delectable(we bought some bottles from their cellar the following morning). Our stay was capped with a delightful breakfast on the terrace overlooking the estate. The whole experience was a joy!

We went to this agriturismo for lunch, which was included with a tour to Romana Villa del Casale. The setting was what you picture in your mind when you think of an Italian winery. The surroundings are beautiful. The building where we were served lunch was also beautiful inside and it looked like a lovely place to have a wedding reception. The food was excellent and plentiful - we did not leave hungry! The pork chops and sausages were particularly good. We were also given a tour of the building where the wine is processed. My experience was very good except for one issue - there wasn't anything to dry your hands with in the restrooms of either building! (This is the reason for a less than excellent rating).

We stayed one night at Giogliotto. The setting was lovely but tatty, with litter & a general lack of feeling of care. The room was hot & no airconditioning so uncomfortable for sleeping & the breakfast was basic. The high spot was the swimming pool which was gorgeous.

Beautiful surroundings, idyllic a**osphere. Dinner with a tasting menu very good, set yourself up for a long duration. Breakfasts are unprepared for more people. The rooms in a separate building have a beautiful terrace and are a**ospheric, but there is no elevator. There is one thing that spoiled the entire satisfaction with the stay - I do not understand how in such a place you can keep a young dog chained to the wall. The dog should be provided with fresh water and a run. Then it would be a happy showcase of this place. Now it is a terrifying proof of the owners' lack of affection. Heart hurt.

Poor and unfriendly service, many of our friends and family got seriously sick after being served tab water for breakfast. Breakfast buffet far below European standard. Neither bread nor rolls were available. Shower not working properly. Bed linens not available sufficiently from the beginning, rooms lacked furnishings that would make you feel comfortable. No air conditioning available.

Wonderful welcoming place and above all in the middle of nature. Good cuisine with organic products and good wine produced in the cellars we visited guided by the owner, a person with good experience and welcoming. I recommend it to those who love nature, peace and want to get away from the city. Fantastic to see, listen and learn how wine is made.

Good evening magnificent place for the structure Cleanliness of the common areas non-existent let's not talk about the powder rooms from the frames you have bad old smelly furniture I could stay again but I want to stop here!!! Hospitality they don't really know what it means from the gentleman at the reception who looks at you from the head you have feet which sincerely puts you in embarrassing situations,,,,,, Let's overlook it has all this... Poor tasteless food perhaps the chef if you can call him that will have problems with salt because the very salty first course was left on the plates!!! We are told a series of appetizers, in fact perhaps there is little left in the kitchen and not farm products but we pretend nothing happened... between one dish and another we wait for the chef in the dining room to return to the stove to cook. In the meantime he's looking at you because I don't want to express myself. I just hope I never find myself in this situation again. I'm really sorry that a place like this is managed without rules of behavior towards its guests. The only positive note is the waitress. For the rest, learn has handle !!!!
