What a lovely hotel! From the very beginning, Lucia at the front desk made me feel welcomed and cared for. And it just got better from there. The balcony directly overlooked the ocean and the constant sound of the waves was perfection. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was wonderful and Stefania was always ready with a latte. There is a wonderful restaurant directly on the hotel premises and a cabana type cafe--Coba-- directly adjacent. There are also massages on the beach and the area has a LOT of activities for every type of visitor. Thank you again to the entire staff for making my stay such a pleasure.

Wi-Fi does not work in the room and the staff does not bother to resolve this issue, although the situation was discussed at the reception. I had to sit in the Hall to use the Internet. There is something to work on before the start of the season. Good luck

Che dire...tutto perfetto. Posizione incredibile,direttamente sul mare. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camere non nuovissime ma pulite. Aria condizionata, balcone con vista,tavolino sedie e un utile stendino. Colazione ottima.

Sicuramente non è un hotel da 4 stelle… camera un po’ datata, sembrava di ritornare agli anni ‘80. Che dire del ristorante… rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, abbiamo preso due primi uno peggio dell’altro,lo spaghetto alle vongole era scotto ed il risotto salatissimo,oltre al fatto che il locale non era pulito. Ho soggiornato qui durante un weekend di agosto e posso dire quanto segue. l punti di forza dell'Hotel sono la posizione, sul lungomare ma non lontano dal centro della città (circa dieci minuti a piedi) e le camere piuttosto ampie, dotate di ogni comfort e ben pulite. Il prezzo, pari a 80 euro a testa in doppia con colazione, è corrispondente alla media cittadina; l'hotel offre la possibiltà di passare la giornata in spiaggia presso lo stabilimento "Kobà" (sito di fronte all'hoteò), al prezzo di 25 euro al giorno (ombrellone e due lettini). Punti negativi: il parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento (10 euro al giorno), con soli 3 posti auto, è veramente angusto e la colazione, dove la parte dolce è composta da pochi cornetti, bamboloni e qualche crostata (unico plus è la possibiltà di fare una spremuta di arancia in autonomia grazie alla presenza di uno spremiagrumi elettrico).

Un albergo a quattro stelle dovrebbe avere, a mio parere, requisiti di eccellenza cosa che non ho trovato : Check-in ore 15 quando ormai un giornata è finita se pur pagata ; i bagagli in camera te li devi portare da solo ma la direzione bontà sua ti mette a disposizione il carrello....., la colazione, a dir la verità molto buona, in un locale poco più di un corridoio con vista parcheggio auto se trovi libero il tavolo giusto e non ultimo il garage a pagamento per auto di dimensioni degli anni 60, requisito che non viene esplicitato in fase di prenotazione e con l'accesso quasi sempre occupato da qualche auto forse della proprietà. Peccato.... perchè la posizione dell'Hotel è di tutto rispetto.

Hai presente quella sensazione quando sei fuori di casa ma sai esattamente che dove ti trovi è casa? Beh, questo è ciò che si respira al Caminetto grazie all'ottimo lavoro di Mario e del suo team. Massima attenzione per il cliente, disponibilità immediata, simpatia e generosità sono solo alcune delle qualità che potete riscontrare andando all'hotel. Buona la colazione, carine le camere, sempre pulitissime e dotate di tutti i comfort, buona la posizione (10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro, 30 secondi dalla spiaggia Cobà), sensazionale il ristorante.
