I stayed in a three-room apartment at the Santa Costanza residence in the last week of August. Luckily for us, check-in was earlier than the indicated time and the reception operators are very kind and courteous. Unfortunately, after a couple of hours, a problem in the downstairs apartment forced us to change. After this inconvenience it fortunately went smoothly. The large terrace for outside dining was much appreciated. I would only like to point out that greater control over the correct execution and accuracy of cleaning (especially under the beds) is advisable before the next customer checks in and that, in my opinion, the installation of a dishwasher in the kitchen would be appreciated. Overall it is a structure that I recommend.

Beautiful structure in a quiet and convenient location (10 minutes from the beach, 15/20 minutes from the beautiful central street of San Vincenzo and in front of a small shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy, pastry shop). Unfortunately we had the keys to the apartment after 18.00, therefore on the first day of the holiday he left at the reception even though we had reported the approximate time of arrival. customers were visibly upset. We had a similar experience in the past but in that case they had the initiative to offer customers an aperitif which made the wait less stressful... This can be a suggestion. It would be nice to add a hairdryer in the apartments. Very nice swimming pool... I greatly appreciated the tranquility of this common area (absence of music, water aerobics and so on).

Due to my daughter's belated decision, we booked a stay in early July at this property in San Vincenzo. The four of us, my wife and I, my daughter and granddaughter, chose a two-room apartment with 2 bedrooms and occupied a large three-room apartment which, in addition to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, was equipped with a spacious dining room with kitchenette and kitchen accessories . The accommodation was exactly as described, ground floor as requested, well maintained and well furnished with the expected extras, w-fii and microwave. Swimming pool on the roof of the house accessible by lift to the fourth floor. The structure is well maintained and the staff efficient. Convenient parking for the car, also covered. The location of the residence is close to the beaches, which can be reached via a railway underpass. A large supermarket and a pharmacy are about a hundred meters away. The center of San Vincenzo is about 800 meters away, where there are all types of services from bathing establishments and restaurants, pizzerias and delicatessens. In conclusion, an excellent accommodation managed with professionalism. Unfortunately the cost, probably due to our late booking, has risen beyond our assumed budget, but the satisfaction of having had a good stay without any kind of unexpected event remains. Spacious apartment with a large balcony. Very well equipped and clean. Underground parking space included. Rooftop pool reserved for each building. Friendly greeting at the reception. Secured facility. Place is very Italian, hardly any other tourists

Bad place! We had asked for a double room and at the last minute they informed us that it was not possible… Then, although we had asked the staff not to enter our apartment, we found them inside several times (even catching us present in the apartment), also leaving everything dirty… Not to mention the broken boiler after a day, the ants present in quantities in the bedroom, the staff who enter the balcony taking the black garbage bags and leaving the garbage uncovered on the balcony, the noises at any time of the day… .. Unprofessional staff, not respectful, sometimes rude! Not to be chosen as a quiet place, it is anything but quiet!

Ottima struttura poco distante dal centro, ma anche dal centro commerciale e dalla bella spiaggia per cani. Personale disponibile e cortese.

appartamenti ampi e ben serviti, con parcheggio interno , vicini ad un supermercato e al centro . Pulizia ottima.

Esperienza magnifica, appartamento spettacolare con balcone a L gigante!!!! Non capisco chi lascia poche stelle..ma di solito in che strutture andate? Residence veramente super top !! Uniche note negative: arredamento un pochino datato, due letti singoli per creare un matrimoniale Ma veramente top tutto il resto!!!!!!!

Posto molto bello, appartamento molto pulito, silenzioso, ben arredato, con lavatrice, televisore, cucina ben attrezzata di tutto, a pochi passi c'è un centro commerciale, molto vicino dal mare a piedi. Grazie torneremo appena possibile

Posto tranquillo, ci si rilassa, buona ubicazione..piscina grande. Ok per la tranquillità.ok che non é un villaggio m almeno una musica di.sottofondo in piscina anche bassa non guasterebbe. Consigliato per un ponte lungo..non di piú. Casa con tutti quello che serve..ampio balcone lavatrice e pulita..rapporto qualità.prezzo ok

Ottima posizione .Spiagge vicine Residenze curato con piscina, parcheggio gratuito e giardino a pochi passi da San Vincenzo Personale gentile. Abbastanza buona la pulizia dell'appartamento. Buono per una vacanza mare e relax.

Ho soggiornato la prima settimana di Luglio al Lentisco, appartamento 8 posti. Appartamento bellissimo e curato, recentemente rinnovato internamente. Suggerisco fortemente di curare i dettagli per portare al top il soggiorno. 1. Fortemente suggerita lavatrice. 2. Stoviglie (piatt, bicchieri etc)che siano idonee al numero di persone. 3. Maggiori accessori x cucina (i.e tagliere, forbici, mestoli etc.....troppo scarni..... 4. Maggiore attenzione pulizia in entrata. 5. Avvisare prima del controllo check out. Per il resto, super consigliato. Ci torneremo.

Ho prenotato un bilocale tramite airbnb e fino al momento della prenotazione la fantomatica host “Roberta” è stata ben disponibile a rilasciare informazioni. Due settimane prima dell’arrivo ho chiesto informazioni circa le modalità del check in e se, come scritto anche sul loro sito internet, sarebbe stata richiesta una caparra (non indicata però su airbnb). Da quel momento la “gentile Roberta” mi ha rimbalzata agli uffici, peccato che nessuno risponda né al telefono né alle email - cosa peraltro già fatta presenta da altri clienti. Dato che ero in tempo per disdire senza penali, non ci ho pensato due volte. Servizio clienti PESSIMO

Comoda in buona posizione. Silenziosa. Ben curata. Piscina non agibile per mancanza di arredi. Scarsità di attrezzatura per cucina. Ottimo parcheggio interno. Mancanza di cassaforte nell'appartamento. Mancanza di zanzariere. Accoglienza veloce e precisa.
