Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel durante parte del porte di Aprile. Struttura rinnovata non da molto. Stanza grande e funzionale, bel bagno e tutto pulito. Colazione abbondante e varia (più dolce che salata) ma tutto ottimo. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e posso dire il cibo è ottimo, piatti ricercati e moltissima attenzione per i clienti. L' hotel e vicinissimo al ponte e all' abbazia di san vittore e a piedi si arriva alle grotte (l' hotel fornisce anche il biglietto a richiesta e organizza anche altre escursioni). Devo dire che è stata una piacevole scoperta e spero di tornarci, quindi lo consiglio

In ottima posizione, garage gratuito, pulizia eccellente, colazione da B.W, cioè di qualità; il personale è gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste. La camera è grande e ben arredata in stile classico, si gode un bel panorama delle colline marchigiane. Come tre stelle è molto buono. Occorre solo un po' di manutenzione (chiave che si guasta, doccia da revisionare) ma nulla di grave e tutto risolto immediatamente. Il rapporto qualità - prezzo è da 5 pallini, anche 6...

We booked 2 nights in Life Hotel, expecting a 4 star experience reflected in the cost - €150 per night including breakfast. It fell well below our expectations, worst of all being dinner in the restaurant on the night of our arrival. The real positive of our stay was the breakfast and the staff working at that time - they were wonderful. Our room was comfortable but lacked anything that could be considered 'deluxe' - apart from the fancy lighting system perhaps and a really good shower. The bed was comfortable. A large balcony in our room had 2 upright chairs and a coffee table with an ashtray - more relaxing furniture would have made it a place where you could chill out, watching the sea. There was no such zone to be found anywhere in the hotel. The lowest point was dinner - don't order the hummus as it's a tiny portion and not hummus at all but puree chickpeas with not even a hint of tahini. I ordered fish - branzino gratinato - it was terrible, could have been frozen but was definitely over-cooked. My husband had ravioli most of which was uneaten as it was like cardboard. The side of vegetables was also a sorry affair and went back almost untouched. All of which drew no comment from the waiter - service was perfunctory at best. When we complained to the reception staff they smiled and nodded, nothing more. And then on check out, I was informed that there was an extra charge for parking in the hotel garage - it was the first time I'd heard of the charge and in a hotel asking €150 per night I would have expected it to be included. The spa is also extra, by the way. So, if you're looking for 4-star standards look elsewhere. (we had a fabulous meal in hotel Bianchi Nicola on our second day).

Il Natural Village Resort è un luogo incantevole, immerso nella natura, ideale per una vacanza rilassante in famiglia o con amici. Gli chalet Silver, recentemente ristrutturati, offrono un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente, con un design moderno e funzionale. Le strutture del villaggio, tra cui piscine e aree comuni, sono ben curate, rendendo l'intera esperienza piacevole. Tuttavia, c'è un aspetto che potrebbe influire negativamente sull'esperienza complessiva: il cattivo odore presente in alcuni viali, probabilmente dovuto alla presenza di animali domestici. Questo problema è aggravato dalla mancanza di rispetto di alcuni ospiti che lasciano i propri cani senza guinzaglio, creando un potenziale disagio per altri villeggianti. Nonostante queste criticità, il Natural Village Resort rimane una scelta valida per chi cerca una vacanza immersa nella natura, ma con l'augurio che la gestione possa migliorare questi aspetti per garantire un'esperienza ancora più piacevole per tutti.

I have been coming to this hotel pre-pandemic for 6 years. It is Gem ! The owner is a renowed chef that has cooked for many celebrities including the king of jordan, the Prince of Monaco , Ronaldo , Vieri , etc.. The food is not only excellent but is surprisely affordable . In fact i was surprised to find out that it is cheaper than restaurants along the lungomare. The rooms are very nice and very confortable and very clean. The staff is the same as the one pre-pandemic and that tells me that they took care of their staff during those difficult times. A gem on the Marche!!!
