Mario and Federica are amazing hosts, we booked 2 rooms directly with them, they were very open and helpful. The house is amazing, the location is in the middle of nature, full of green and very quite. The rooms are very cozy and clean. We had a 3 bed room, with a balcony facing the sunrise. Everything is very clean, you have also a small kitchen with a big fridge where you can store your food if you want, but don't skip the breakfast offered by the hosts, it is home made and delicious. If you have any questions Mario can help you with your itinerary, he knows a lot about the region and the island, he will give you great tips. There is also a drinkable stream near, right outside the property, you are very close to Mount Corrasi, a popular trekking site. The easiest way tot get to the property is by car, there are also some options from Nuoro, like a taxi, or if you feel adventurous you can trek for one hour.

With a gorgeous location and consummate hospitality, our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Mario and Frédérique provide much more than a delightful place to stay and a delicious breakfast. Mario’s advice about the area really made our trip special. It’s a very special place, indeed.

We stayed 2 nights at Casa Solotti and had the most wonderful time. Everything about the B&B is 5-star. The hosts Frédérique and Mario, the welcome, the rooms, the views, and especially the mountains. Mario is an exceptional host and informative guide. He took our party of 12 on a guided tour to the 400 year old cork tree and pointed out the signs to the summit, which was an easy walk. Our group of 12 and our Vespas we rode had the best time.

Mario and Frederica were absolutely outstanding One of our party had an accident. They stepped up, drove people around interpreted and assisted above and beyond any B&B I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world highly recommended. The rooms are large and well equipped. The breakfasts are healthy, hearty and feeling the views are breathtaking.

Casa Solotti is a beautiful B&B set in the mountains above Nuoro with stunning views. Mario and Federica were our amazing hosts who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were there with a group of friends and our rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was yummy especially the home made yoghurt. Mario guided us on a beautiful bush walk and they made great restaurant recommendations.
