Lovely hotel, accommodation is based in little rooms based around the hill of the hotel. Not too far to walk and still with perfect views of Castelsardo. Sardinians love having cake at breakfast so there was lots to choose from along side a varied continental breakfast! Pool was delightful for a quick cooling down dip, with plenty of sun Loungers around it."

The animation team did a fantastic job making activities fun for everyone, and the excursions organized through the hotel were a real highlight. Yes, the resort is built on a hillside with stairs, so it’s important to read up on what to expect before you go,but knowing this beforehand makes it part of the charm rather than a surprise. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday with great food, welcoming staff, fun activities, and unforgettable views. Highly recommended!"

Friendly welcome, nice big pool, no building around- nature all around, loungers under pine trees, direct access to a small but sandy beach (not crowded). OK a wall may have to be re-painted etc but it is not the point here. The hotel is small with 50 rooms and full of charm AND with an unbeatable location."

However, the sound insulation effect of the hotel room is very poor. It greatly affects the rest in the room and the feeling is very bad. We have given feedback and communicated with the person in charge of the hotel, and their answer is: This is a countryside style, the sound insulation effect is like this, there is no way. As a result, I couldn't sleep peacefully for two nights and was often woken up at night. Feeling very bad. 3. The food in the restaurant: can be described with very bad words. First of all, the ingredients are not fresh and some fruits are obviously rotten, as evidenced by the photos. Secondly, the dishes provided do not taste fragrant. I don’t know if it’s the chef’s cooking skills or the cooking method that’s different! It feels far from the standard of a five-star hotel. I chose a lot of dishes, but almost none were delicious. As for the Italian restaurants around us, we felt that they were both delicious and delicious. Communicate and coordinate with the person in charge of the hotel (assistant manager) when leaving the hotel, and truthfully respond to the above issues. They apologized for this, but had no other remedies. After asking the manager for instructions, they agreed to waive the value-added tax we should have paid when we arrived at the store and a salad (it was extremely unpalatable and was returned on site). . Our request: Since the hotel for these two nights was fully prepaid in advance, the hotel has no authority to give us any other compensation. "The sea view is really great. The sister at the front desk also helped us upgrade the room type for free. The pool view is also very pleasant. You can sunbathe on the lounge chairs all day. However, the pool is a little dirty. The restaurant tastes ok and the price is basically the same as that of local restaurants. It's just that the room facilities are a bit old. "While we stayed near the end of the season, the Grand Relais Dei Nuraghi is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are nearly all suites in the grounds, all with their private patios or balconies. The hotel's restaurant is exceptional, so much so that we ate there four nights out of seven. The maitre d' Ernesto is a credit to the hotel. Residents enjoy access to a small but delightful private beach with its own beach bar. An outdoor nightclub, Phi Beach is nearby, but this closed for the summer several weeks before our visit - so no thumping music to disturb our sleep!"

"The hotel is expensive, unjustly priced. In the area they where other hotels much cheaper, but we booked GH Diana because we thought that being a 4star it would be better, nicer and will have the facilities in better order. This 4star hotel has a shower that you can hardly move to wash apart that it has a fixed head shower and the ceiling light of the bedroom doesn't switch off. When went to report to reception, receptionist just disregarded and ignored. When you check in reception says that bottled water is at reception and you ask them to give you, but when we asked for the water she told us sorry we don't have! What a joke of a 4star hotel. Who remembers Fawlty Towers??!!!"

"A place in the middle of nowhere. They advertise themselves as pet-friendly, but then all they do is complain about the dog. The cleaning staff take pictures of everything they have to clean—a stain on the floor, wet towels, or even if you just don't flush the toilet—and then report it to the manager. I find this distasteful, especially since you're paying for a service. The breakfast buffet is meager and the same every day. They threw away some food we had left in the refrigerator. They claimed it was because there were ants, which is untrue because we left it in the refrigerator overnight, and the next morning they opened the refrigerator and threw it out."
