Our first experience with Blue Serena was before the children's vacation, so Alborea Eco Lodge was free resort at the beginning of June. Tasty food , beach with fine sand and smooth entry into the water; bungalows are outdated but spacious and very clean. The good services of the staff make up for everything, from the main restaurant (thanks Antonio) to pool bar (thanks Giadra and Nicola). We recommend this resort for families with children ; we will choose Blue Serena -Kalidria next year.

Exceptionally friendly staff in this relaxing resort. Perfectly equipped for traveling with kids all ages. Great beach!

ALBOREA ECOLODGE RESORT, è una struttura posizionata all'interno di una riserva naturale. Le casette "LODGE" sono ottime e confortevoli, anche se andrebbero un po rimodernate e le indicazioni più precise (ad esempio il lodge 407 non si trova lungo il percorso indicato). La cucina è di qualità, varia e genuina. È interessante anche poter usufruire degli spazi comuni e dell'animazione delle altre strutture che compongono l'intero complesso. La piscina con acqua salata è fantastica ma anche le altre piscine presenti nell'interno complesso non sono da meno. Molto apprezzato il servizio teli, sia in piscina che in spiaggia. Quest'ultima FA VO LO SA, immersa nell'oasi naturale, riservata solo agli ospiti del complesso. Si raggiunge con appositi trenini o anche in bici ma per chi ha voglia di fare una lunga passeggiata, anche a piedi. Il mare bellissimo. Peccato che per ogni nucleo familiare spettano, oltre all'ombrellone, solo due lettini che diventano tre, previa disponibilità. Nel nostro caso, il quarto si è dovuto un po arrangiare. Molto apprezzato poter usufruire,perché ricomprese nel pacchetto,dei pedalò e delle canoe per godersi il mare. Alcune cose non sono ricomprese nella formula del soggiorno, come ad esempio il ristorante in spiaggia, le consumazioni al bar e il servizio biciclette. Al gruppo BLUSERENA segnalerei una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia all'interno dei lodge. Qualche piccolo accorgimento e sarebbe tutto perfetto. Un grazie di cuore a tutte le maestranze, gli autisti delle navette e di quelle elettriche. Una splendida vacanza trascorsa all'ALBOREA. Sperando che il gruppo BLUSERENA prenda in considerazione quanto segnalato, tra l'altro dettagli facilmente risolvibili, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

L'Alborea is a structure made up of beautiful villas in the pine forest. The villas are welcoming and very comfortable, furnished in a pleasant vintage style. The restaurant is self-service, the food is good and can satisfy all tastes. The services offered are well organised, for example the availability of beach towels changed every day and the rooms are always very clean. This year there have been further improvements, such as the extension of the timetable of the train to the sea until late in the evening and greater quiet both in the evening and on the beach. L'Alborea is an environment of peace and relaxation for those who love nature and seek peace. All the staff are always very good: Giuliano Mascelloni and Massimo Villani, attentive, professional and very kind, the ladies of the rooms Grazia and Tilde, the guys at the bar Filippo, Margherita, Giada and Antonella, Mrs. Orsola and the whole reception. We thank everyone because we always feel at home at Alborea.

Isolated, 15 minutes from the beach by shuttle, the last of which departs from the beach at 7 p.m. Pool open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Compulsory bathing cap for the outdoor pool!? Some pitches much too noisy, others too far from the pool and restaurant.

The rooms are not 5 star rooms - this is a holiday club - no entertainer present throughout the stay

We appreciated the anti-Covid19 measures. We were disappointed with the “all inclusive” which is not all inclusive. It includes some drinks but not all.

A fantastic holiday for those seeking relaxation, it is a village completely surrounded by greenery, with super spacious rooms, excellent cuisine and a comfortable swimming pool for children. The beach is far away, you have to take a train, but I must say I've never had any problems! Everything everywhere is very spacious and well-kept, even if the rooms and some parts of the structure do not appear to be new, they deserve a "refresh". The services offered such as restaurants/sports/beach facilities are excellent.

Immersa nel verde , si mangia benissimo , accogliente , non caotico , tutto bello la cosa bella che si può visitare altre strutture sempre Bluserena bella la piscina con acqua di mare. Consiglio vivamente

Camerieri di sala e bar bravissimi….ma per quanto riguarda servizi in camera ogni giorno dovevamo ricordare di caricare il frigo e avevamo formiche dentro la casetta…avevamo prenotato al valentino e c hanno chiesto il favore di spostarci all alborea e con mio marito abbiamo accettato abbiamo detto proviamo ma mai piu…sconsiglio soprattutto a chi ha figli

La professionalità e cortesia di tutto il personale meritano le 5 stelle, non così la struttura. Bellissima location che mostra però i danni del tempo per la carente manutenzione degli alloggi. Inoltre una sfrenata spending review, che va per esempio dai tovaglioli di carta, agli scaldavivande rotti, spegne le stelle di cui il resort si pregia.

Alloggio bello, all'arrivo doop la piscina ci siamo accordi che non avevano messo teli bagno per la famiglia ed abbiamo atteso 1 ora e mezza nonostante i vari solleciti.Piscina sporca da foglie di pino, docce non funzionanti, ristorante deludente, mancava tutto, ogni cosa che si chiedeva era terminata dopo 2 minuti, camerieri in panico totale, ci portarono delle bottiglie di vino aperte smezzate e per i calici abbiamo aspettato la fine del pranzo. La bambina chiedeva delle patate al forno....terminate! Gli allergeni non erano indicati sulle pietanze e nè tantomeno cosa erano, non c'era nessuna indicazione, solo ai piatti principali. Per condire un'insalata ho atteso 20 minuti per un aceto balsamico mai arrivato.... UNA DELUSIONE UNICA. Gli toglierei 2 stelle
