Fantastic hotel, nothing is left to chance, from the furnishings to the furnishings, all in perfect modern classic style. Full and satisfying breakfast with fresh fruit, sweet and savory. Clean rooms equipped with every comfort. Kind and attentive staff. Well-kept exteriors and fantastic swimming pools. Expensive to use a taxi everytime we want to see around (beach, town).
The menu in the restaurant is focused on the adults, nothing for kids aside from french fries :-(

If I have to give an advice, I think the variety of breakfast could be improved.

Awful experience. A trip with my wife and 8-year-old son in August with 44 degrees when I arrived and the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. A very basic room for a 4-star hotel and the air conditioning only worked as a fan. After 2 nights and continuous complaints, we managed to be moved to a room in which the air conditioning worked. The hotel manager did not fix anything and we had 2 sleepless nights...unfortunate! In addition to this, the bathrooms smell bad and the breakfast is worthy of a one-star hotel. In the pool there are wooden loungers that do not have cushions, not as shown in the hotel photos, so it is impossible to stay on them for more than 10 minutes. The worst hotel of our stay in Sicily, the price paid is exorbitant compared to what was received, in short, a hotel deception.

Tutto bene, una vacanza di pace e di tranquillità immersi nelle opere dell'artista S. Artale e tra personale accogliente, gentili i camerieri e i titolari. Un posto incantevole, stanze comode, mobili antichi in legno che ti fanno sentire in un antico castello, bellissimi paralumi scolpiti in legno dorato, mosaici alle pareti, refettorio con acquasantiera poiché il locale era in precedenza il refettorio di un convento di suore. Buoni i materassi, acqua calda al giusto grado.
