This is not your typical 5 star hotel. An old villa converted into a hotel quite a long time ago. This is not to say that it is luxurious, but it is very authentic. The villa itself and the restaurant are very beautiful - wonderful interiors, antique furniture, a restaurant with panoramic windows and excellent service. This is all great. However, the room itself was renovated quite a long time ago, it cannot be said that it is cozy, and not at all like in the picture. I had a garden suite. Two rustic rooms on the ground floor. The gardener started working at 7 am, so it was impossible to sleep. The room was quite cold; it took a day for it to warm up enough. The ventilation and heating systems are no longer modern. The location is remote. Nearby there is a small village where there is a pizzeria and a couple of cafes. There is nothing to do here without a car, but if you have one, it is quite convenient to move around the entire region.

Ottima struttura 5 stelle e personale molto professionale. Per un problema "tecnico" non imputabile certamente all'hotel (puo' succedere) la camera prenotata non era disponibile e in hotel non vi erano altre camere libere. Al mio arrivo il personale mi ha spiegato cosa era successo e mi ha riprotetto in una struttura analoga vicina. E come benefit per il disagio ricevuto mi hanno invitato a cena come loro ospite (cena strepitosa). Che dire... la capacità del personale si vede di fronte all'imprevisto, e il personale della struttura si e' dimostrato molto molto capace. Hotel 5 stelle non solo per le "mura", ma soprattutto per il personale. Bravi.

We had a very pleasant stay with a group of 32 interior architects from Estonia. It´s a beautiful place with very kind staff. Special thanks to bartender Salvatore for keeping up with all our requests until late at night ;) Would recommend this for my friends and family.

The evening desk manager was very welcoming and was worried we hadn’t eaten because we arrived late but the restaurant was closed so himself and the restaurant manager put together a beautiful cold dish. It was very welcoming and a pleasant experience. The grounds and history of the building is absolutely breathtaking.

We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

It was so exciting to be at the hotel Villa Condulmer in Venice- the buildings, rooms and surrounding property are grand, majestic and so much history there! It was truly an honor to have stayed there. Beautiful.
