It was good place

The hotel has a small swimming pool. The older gentleman at the front desk provided excellent service.

The hotel was fine but the bathroom sink and shower could have been cleaner.

The hotel was very dirty and old, and the layout was very odd.  Their staff weren’t smiley and were away from the desk most hot of the time. Wouldn’t go back there again

The room was alright.

This is a Great Hotel do you think you’re at a Sheraton or a Hilton when you walk in the grand entry and they treat you like family it’s no nonsense street forward to greeted you like family great place for family and kids. Plenty of kids swimming pool if you’d like you’re staying at a high-end resort but you’re not. I mean you feel like it it looks like it but you’re not paying for it price is awesome. You get more than what you pay for besides that breakfast every morning oh my gosh free I would definitely stay at the Sawtelle every time I iamb in Provo.

It was good for the night!

Very very classic hotel, it feels like it has not been renovated since it opened, the bed and pillows are not very comfortable, the hot water is very slow, and there is a faint smell of 🍃 somewhere in the corridor... There is a steak restaurant next to it that is very delicious and cheap. One big problem is that the hotel wants to collect a deposit, but there is no POS machine? ? ? I have to take my credit card and enter the card number and CVV in their computer? It feels very unsafe

The better hotels in the United States

We had a great night. Close to everything, lots of shops nearby, really nice.

The room was quite big, with breakfast and a gym. Although the gym was relatively small, I was the only one exercising that day and ran three kilometers on the treadmill. I think the breakfast was enough. It's been two months and I don't remember much. It's definitely okay to be full, but it won't be great because I don't have much impression.

The facilities are average and a bit old: there is no charging socket at the bedside, the breakfast is ok... affordable!
