Changyi Hotel (Sunshine Yuecheng)

Service was good, and the latte from the coffee machine in the lobby was delicious! They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. The facilities and price were pretty standard, but honestly, the cleanliness was just okay. When we checked in, we found some crumbs and hair on the floor, so we had to call housekeeping to mop again. On the second day, there was a flattened water bottle on the desk, which housekeeping probably meant to take but forgot to remove. The location is very convenient, and it's a short walk to Daijiaxiang.

The hotel's location is close to Simao Old Street, and the front desk staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. However, the room facilities weren't very satisfactory. At night, I was startled by the light coming in from under the door, thinking I'd forgotten to lock it. The gap under the door was quite large, and there was no security latch. The lighting in the room was also very basic, with only two options that made little difference, which affected my rest. Furthermore, the bathroom light switch was installed incorrectly and didn't match the indicated functions.

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all very warm and polite. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pu'er.

Facilities: The front desk has all sorts of hand creams, hair clips, and hair ties – just take what you need. Are hotels this competitive now? Looking outside, there are indeed four hotels at the intersection, so they have to be. On the first floor, you can also grab tea and snacks for free, which was a nice touch. Environment: I came here specifically to do laundry, and Doubao recommended this place. It was great, with three washing machines and three dryers. If you're staying for the same reason, make sure to ask for a room on the fifth floor when you check in, as the laundry room is on the fifth floor. It'll save you from running up and down. There's a pet hospital downstairs, so dogs tend to bark early in the morning. Service: There's no service, it's all self-service. This building probably wasn't originally designed as a hotel. You don't need a card to go up to the rooms, so security isn't great.

I stayed at three hotels in Puer, and Changlu was the best. The first night, I stayed in a family room at Deting for 569 yuan. The service was excellent, but getting around required a taxi, which was really inconvenient. The 500+ yuan room was small and faced the street, making it too noisy. So, the next day, I switched to Changlu and got a family room there. The service here was decent (honestly, a bit worse than Deting), but the overall value for money was much better. For 332 yuan, you get two 1.8-meter beds, and what I really appreciated was being able to walk to Daijiaxiang, which was incredibly convenient. As for food, Deting included three meals (which wasn't really worth it, as the room was 200 yuan more expensive, and you could easily enjoy a full day of eating out for that much). Later, I switched to Puer Songman, which also offered good value, but it was far from Daijiaxiang. So, all things considered, I personally recommend Changlu the most. P.S. If you have time, you can try out this place to eat. I can't say if the taste is good since everyone has different preferences, but the slogan here is very heartwarming.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Right outside the door, you're pretty much in Daijia Alley, which connects to Pu'er Old Street, so you can just wander around. The breakfast selection was really abundant, and I loved the scent in the hotel – a lovely tea aroma. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

This hotel was really comfortable to stay in. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy decor. The bedding was super soft, making for a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was convenient to use. They also have a laundry area and a gym, so you can do your laundry and work out anytime, which are thoughtful touches. Overall, it felt very comfortable and offered great value for money.
