Pu'er Jianhua International Hotel

My friend recommended Puer Jianhua, and I stayed on the first floor for the first two days. I thought it might be a bit noisy, but there was absolutely no need to worry. The check-in experience was fantastic! I also fell in love with the rice noodles for breakfast and had them two days in a row. The coffee was superb too... Yunnan small-grain coffee definitely lives up to its reputation.

Stopped over for a night on the way to Jingmai Mountain. If I had known there was a KTV in the hotel, I definitely wouldn't have booked it! The front desk service needs improvement. The location is convenient and good, but I was in a rush and didn't get to eat breakfast.

The soundproofing is really poor. I'm not sure if it was cleaning staff upstairs, but there was a constant clatter of footsteps. Being on the second floor near the outdoor buffet, I could hear kids playing and chairs being dragged. The most annoying part was the maintenance; the sound of the drill was soul-piercing. The service was very mediocre. The night before, the front desk staff's attitude during check-in was quite indifferent; they sounded very impatient while on the phone with another guest. The next day, I was woken up directly by the drill. I called the front desk to ask about the drilling, and they just replied that the next room was being renovated, and that was it... no further assistance. The intermittent noise was very frustrating; I couldn't get any good sleep in the morning. Also, the hotel layout is a bit confusing; more signs would be helpful. The shower stall is big, which is nice, but the showerhead hose is too stiff. It kept shifting direction, and since the height is fixed, it was very difficult to put back once taken down. And trying to adjust the showerhead while it was wet and slippery was impossible; it was utterly useless. Aside from these issues, everything else was okay, and the room was spacious.

Excellent! The environment is great, and the service is top-notch, definitely worth staying here. It's a prime choice for families, couples, and business travelers. The central location makes it super convenient to explore anywhere you want to go.

This hotel is considered one of the best in Pu'er. The location is excellent, the facilities are brand new, and the service is incredibly attentive and warm. The room amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The landscaping and environment are absolutely beautiful. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; it's a rare find—a hotel that excels in every aspect!

The facilities are brand new, and it's about a 10-minute drive from the airport and train station. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, which needs to be booked in advance. It's excellent value for money. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend making a note of it when you book.

The lobby is brightly decorated and feels very high-quality. They were very thoughtful and gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe king room. The wet and dry areas were well-separated, and they even provided complimentary disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners, which was super convenient.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. They called me the day before check-in and added me on WeChat to introduce the hotel and even upgraded my room. Although the hotel is close to the airport, there's no aircraft noise; in fact, you can watch planes take off. The hotel is spacious, with very new and modern facilities. My room was quite large, and the amenities and bedding were definitely five-star standard. Breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, with both Chinese and Western pastries and meals, and the dining environment was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the city center, making it easy and affordable to get to all the attractions by taxi. I moved here from another hotel in Pu'er, and this one is definitely the best in the city. [Jianhua Hospitality] Airport/Station Transfer Service: The hotel provided a transfer to the high-speed rail station. The driver arrived punctually, was very friendly and polite, and the car was spotless. If I ever come back to Pu'er, I'll definitely stay here again.
