Red Panda Manor Pu’re

An experience that exceeded my expectations! Even before checking in, staff contacted me to share upcoming activities, which helped me plan my time. Our room was nestled in the rainforest, and there were electric carts readily available for transport in and out. It must be the off-season, as the carts were always prompt. The room was incredibly well-equipped, with everything from earplugs and eye masks to mosquito repellent. The most pleasant surprise was the wetland restaurant. The ambiance was lovely, and the staff's service was so attentive I actually thought they’d charge a service fee! The food was also delicious; we ended up ordering too much, and the elderly and children in our group ate until they were stuffed. It's a shame we couldn't join the much-anticipated night tour that afternoon.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Hygiene: Very tidy and clean. Environment: The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, like a fairyland. Service: Excellent service, will definitely visit again. Overall, it was an amazing experience. The kids were super happy on the first day and took many beautiful pictures. The small animals were incredibly cute and therapeutic, making us want to stay longer.

The forest cabin is very unique, with a comfortable temperature and a quiet environment. The best part is being able to get up close with red pandas and various other animals. It was a fantastic trip.

The hotel service was excellent, and we saw red pandas, which were absolutely adorable. The Wetland Restaurant has a great ambiance, and it's not overly crowded even during peak season.

The forest cabin was really interesting and the kids loved it! The mushroom hotpot was delicious, and there were so many activities. The night insect hunt was a particular hit with the little ones – they had an absolute blast. It's a great place to bring children.

The hotel service was incredibly comprehensive and thoughtful. We're a family of five and booked two rooms, and they proactively arranged for us to have rooms right across from each other. They even upgraded us to a suite! For dinner, we ate at the Wetland Restaurant, which had a wonderful ambiance. We ordered the mushroom hotpot set for three people, and the portions were so generous that all five of us couldn't finish it. Because cooking mushrooms takes time, we initially just wanted the server to help us boil half of the mushrooms in plain water, but to our surprise, they brought out another pot of chicken broth for us to cook them in. The service was truly attentive and meticulous.

The cabin is built in a pristine forest, and during the rainy season, there's definitely that damp, woody smell inside, which is just part of staying in a wooden house and can't really be avoided. However, the overall hygiene was excellent; I didn't find any bugs or other creatures inside. In the middle of the night, I thought I heard something gnawing on the wood by the head of the bed, suspecting it might be woodworms in the bed frame. I've already reported it to the front desk. But everything else was great and very clean. The cicadas were indeed quite loud, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs in the room, which was a nice touch. When you choose to stay in a forest, these natural elements are to be expected and are completely understandable. The hotel's activities are also quite suitable for children; although they require separate payment, they're not expensive at all. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The room was quite disappointing. The renovation quality was very subpar, and while its forest setting was unique, it clearly didn't meet luxury hotel standards. The soundproofing was terrible; the chirping insects were incredibly loud early in the morning. Also, the insect control in the room was poor, with many dead bugs around. We didn't even get to see the red pandas on the rainy day. However, the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast spread was great, and we could see many small animals up close. Overall, the service attitude was good, but due to the nature of a forest hotel, there were quite a few complicated things. For example, arranging transportation was split into 'on-duty' and 'off-duty' hours, and you had to book off-duty cars in advance, or there wouldn't be any available. In short, I wouldn't recommend coming during the rainy season.

Overall, it's a good place for families with kids. In the evenings, there's a guided night tour explaining various insects, which lasts about an hour. The wooden cabins were very damp, but we switched to a room in Phase 2 later, and it was much better.
