Yinsheng Tea Manor

The environment was nice, but the shower experience was absolutely terrible. The first night, the water kept switching between hot and cold, but I managed to endure it. The second night, my child finished showering around 10 PM, and by 10:30 PM the water had stopped getting hot. I contacted staff, who told me they needed to wait because there were many people showering. After a long time, it still wasn't hot. I contacted them again, and they said they couldn't heat the water in time and told me to try again later. At 11 PM, it still wasn't hot, and they suggested I go to the staff's shower room. It was the middle of the night and so cold, and the water was cold there too. After waiting a long time, around 11:30 PM, they replied that the hot water circuit breaker had tripped and they had restarted it, telling me to try again later. At midnight, the temperature hadn't risen at all in two hours. The staff gave me all sorts of excuses, but the core message was always the same: wait and keep running the water. Finally, I told them I wasn't going to wait anymore if I couldn't shower. They were so unreliable! My good mood on the first day of the ***** New Year was completely ruined!! I'm so angry!!!

First, knowing it was a guesthouse, I didn't compare it to chain hotels or large hotels. Cleanliness: Good. Facilities: Not great. The corners of the bathroom were dark, probably due to age. There was no air conditioning, so it was chilly, but it was warm under the covers. The lighting was too dim. The balcony of the lake-view room was quite nice; you could sit there, drink tea, and chat. The soundproofing wasn't good, but the other guests around us were all well-behaved and didn't make excessive noise. Service: The young lady who checked us in was quite nice. She also helped us with tea picking and processing later. It was clear that she was more skilled in tea picking and processing; the guesthouse seemed a bit unprofessional in terms of accommodation. They were understaffed, and there was no one at the front desk; we only saw a few cleaning ladies. We saw towels drying on the plants outside the door both times, so it's best to bring your own. If you want to temporarily store your luggage, you can leave it at the front desk, but there's no one watching, only security cameras. You can also leave it in the small house near the entrance where you handle tea picking paperwork; someone is there, but it felt unsafe with so many people around.

The manor has a beautiful environment. You really feel like you are living in a tea garden. When you leave the room, you can see the mountains full of tea trees. The soundproofing of the wooden house is slightly poor, but the teacher Xiao Jiang who led us is very nice and can solve any problems at any time. It is also very interesting to explain the knowledge of tea picking and making. Children like it very much. Breakfast and lunch are all eaten at the manor, which is very convenient and affordable. Because it was the Lantern Festival that day, we were given glutinous rice balls as a special gift, which was really a surprise.

There is a complete service of tea picking and tea frying. The young man was very patient and explained very professionally. Dinner can be reserved two hours in advance. Hygiene: The requirements are not too high, the room is a bit old. Environment: There is a balcony where you can drink tea, which is pretty good.

The children loved experiencing the process of picking and making tea. The beautiful lady patiently taught the children a lot of things and knowledge that they cannot see in the city. The room is very retro, but the sound insulation is poor. I hope it can be improved.

The whole family traveled together and stayed in a tea house for the first time. The view of the lake outside the window was beautiful and the air was very comfortable. I will choose here again next time I come. I made Pu'er tea cakes, picked the tea leaves by hand, fried them, rolled them, and dried them in the sun. Children gain knowledge in the process.
