I sent my parents who are in their 80s to Casa Andina. Great experience, the people there specially Nathalie made the experience the best.

La ubicación no es tan buena, hay una calle que no está iluminada y en la noche podría ser peligroso. La comida del restaurante no está tan buena. El hotel es muy limpio y el personal amable.

If you're going to Pucallpa, this is the best place to stay. Clean rooms with mini fridge, safety deposit box, air conditioning in the guest rooms. The restaurant La Plaza has good offerings. The hotel is near the Plaza de Armas, the Don Bosco wooden art gallery, and a cute restaurant called Minos.

Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. I had dietary requirements and I was helped and felt welcome. The breakfast is great and lunch was cooked for me specifically to suit my requirements. My room was comfortable and clean and the shower was exceptional! Highly recommend this place!

Every places are setting in good chape and clean. The personnel are helpful and funny. Great full breakfast. You can go walking to the center area an shopping shop near to hotel. If you wanna go to far places to shop or go to outside the city you can get a cheaper taxi. Very cheap

Incredible views of the pool and gardin from elevator, very tasty and big portion of food for dinner, amazing cocktails, great attention of staff , perfect cleanliness, very nice smell of the hotel, and best breakfast ever!!!

One of my absolute favorita hotels in Pucallpa; the most valuable people work here!!! Location is in downtown and very close to everything in Coronel Portillo. But you need to go somewhere different if you want to visit Yarinacocha or Yarina.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff, top to bottom. The staff made all the difference. Jessica and Rosario in the restaurant made sure everything was made perfectly, and Edgar and Alexandra at the front desk made everything run smoothly and they helped at every turn. Just a great staff

Overall good experience. Seems to be the nicest hotel in the area, but there are not many nice hotels in Pucallpa. Super clean hotel. Rooms are small, but have all of the necessities. Beers and waters in the fridge are free which was great. Breakfast is included which is nice, but it is pretty basic and you get tired of it after a couple of days. Lunch and dinner options were decent. Pool area is nice and nice that they serve drinks and food there. The gym was decent. Staff was good, but not great. Some friendlier then others. It is a 3.5 star hotel so for that rating and the price I thought it was worth it. I wouldn’t go back to Pucallpa unless I had a good reason to. If I did I would probably stay at this hotel again. I went with my girlfriend. Hotel was filled with business visitors and or couples.

Just went for a one night stay and the hotel is overall good. But it was very disappointing that the one day stayed, the pool was under maintenance. Bathrooms could use an extractor.

This place is just great. Jennifer and Rosario in the Restaurant are incredible attentive, and remembered our names and special diet. Alexandra at the front desk, and Edgar responded instantly to all our requests. They were just great. And the prices are remarkable. We stayed 8 days and could not have asked for anything more. Housekeeping was attentive, fast, super clean, and never forgot anything. The restaurant was just great. The production of their unique regional dishes was spot on. The pool area was beautiful. Perfectly appointed and maintained.
