The hotel front desk staff were all Black, speaking English, and couldn't communicate in Chinese. The hotel lobby environment was good, the room was simple and clean, there was a swimming pool, and breakfast was decent. Overall, I was satisfied.

The location is opposite LRT Pusat Bandar Puchong, less than 10 mins walk from this hotel (across the bridge). Next to LRT, there is a mini mall Lotus and small eateries not many food choices. The hotel provides asian breakfast and some cereal and pastries. Food is so so only in my opinion. However, the room is spacious and the bed is good. Overall experience is above average.

Stayed for a night and it was pleasant enough for the price. The facility and amenities were a little dated but otherwise everything else was actually okay. Room was comfortable and clean.

Really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. The hotel was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The staff were also incredibly friendly. I forgot to bring my phone charger, and they kindly lent me one during my stay. which saved me a lot of trouble!! Such thoughtful service made my experience even better! Definitely will visit again when I back to KL👍👍👍

My 5 days stay was pretty comfortable, cleanliness is good. Breadfast was satisfactory with rice , noodles, bread, fruits, coffee, tea. etc

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was cozy and helped me rest well after a long day. A nice bonus was the free breakfast, which was very good and had a variety of tasty options. The location was also convenient and easy to access. Overall, the hotel offered excellent service and good value for money. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
