It was a very convenient stay at this hotel and the cleanliness was very compromising. Just that the smoking smell was intense by night time.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back y=to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm at Puchong.

Hotel 99 is located in Bandar Puteri Puchong, it's one of its franchises in Klang Valley.
Single Room with affordable price.
Location: 4/5 surrounded by lots of eateries & convenient stores.
Accommodation : 3.5/5 cleanliness was acceptable & bed was comfortable too(super single mattress).
Roadside paid parking available.

It's pretty much near all the restaurants, pubs and Hero supermarkets. I guess that's the main selling point.

Cari parking a bit challenging bila office hrs cause situ kaw shoplot(byk office) but overall the receptionist is good in communicating with customers. Very helpful

Hotel is strategically located at Puteri 1 and within walking distance to restaurants, banks, shops and a supermarket which is just opposite.
Checking in was smooth but RM50 deposit is required and will be refunded upon checking out. Parking is at public car park and has to be paid via Smart Selangor Apps @RM0.50 per hour from 8.00am to 6.00pm except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
Deluxe Room was reasonable large for a boutique hotel and the room was clean. Will return to stay if around the area.
