Another pleasant stay here. No issues whatsoever. Room is clean. Staff are friendly. And there's no scents or smells. However the "lakeview" rooms really need to be gotten rid of. You are paying an extra RM20 or so to look at half a lake and a wall of construction. Hilton, please just change all your rooms to standard rooms.

The hotel facilities are excellent overall. The breakfast ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the dinner dishes are exquisite, truly living up to five-star chef standards. If there was a zero-star option, I wouldn't even give them one. The hotel was incredibly dirty. I ordered food and found hair in it – it was absolutely disgusting! The Indian chef, with greasy hair, was standing next to me. The way they handled the issue was completely unprofessional; they just offered to replace the meal to get rid of me. This really doesn't reflect the responsibility and professionalism one would expect from a Hilton hotel.

Very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! 👍 The shampoo wasn't a 2-in-1, and they had separate conditioner which is a huge plus! 👍 Plus, there's free parking! I even brought takeout from Shinzushi to eat at the hotel, so happy about that!
