Air-conditioning noisy and not very cold (at 17 Deg C) No shelf to put the Shower and Shampoo bottle in the Shower Room (got to put them on the floor during bathing)

Room is big and clean. Convenient location, neighboring convenient stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies and clinics. Near a mosque, hence quite loud during prayers.

Email, message, phone call could not reach them, totally no reply from them at all, very worst attitude, refuse to communicate with customer. Just want to make simple enquiry and request modification of booking to them but they refuse to give any reply or response. I rather they reject me in a proper way instead of keep ignoring my request and message. Avoid to book this hotel, worst ever!!!

The room is a little bit small but its fine ! The location wise was very good, few minutes walk to LRT and there’s pretty much restaurant / coffeeshop over there. Customer Service was super friendly as well !
