The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door.

Easy access for shops m restaurant , the room is comfy enough for a solo travller

Location wise is perfect near main road and has a restaurant downstairs. Price was reasonable rate for 4 night stay. Room was clean, towels was cleaned too. Only need to refill drinking water from dispenser outside room corridor.

No fridge. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bed linen and pillows were stained and worn. The location is inconvenient, far from amenities, and there was no tea kettle. On a positive note, the front desk staff was friendly and kind.

My trip to Malaysia was fantastic! Getting around by electric train is cheap and the network is extensive. The food is delicious, incredibly diverse, and very affordable. Accommodation options are clean and reasonably priced, with plenty of choices for different budgets. There are so many attractions to see, like the Petronas Towers, KL Tower, and the vibrant Bukit Bintang area. I definitely want to come back and explore everything!

If you’re not into hotel food, there were plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking or delivery distance. 📍 Location: Super convenient. We were close to shops, restaurants, and some nightlife spots. Everything was either walkable or just a short Grab ride away. We never felt stuck or too far from anything fun. 🧼 Cleanliness & Service: The hotel was really clean, and daily housekeeping kept things fresh. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when we needed extra towels or had questions. 💰 Value for Money: For the price we paid (split among friends), it was 100% worth it. Not luxury-level, but comfortable, clean, and fun — just what you need for a good time without breaking the bank. 🎉 Overall Vibe: Chill, friendly, and ideal for groups. Not too uptight, not too rowdy — just right. We had a great time and would definitely stay again if we’re doing another friends’ trip.

The room is ok. Fan, tv, hot shower, aircond is provided. Near puchong ioi mall. So alot places to eat, shopping. Also not far from sunway pyramid, sunway lagoon. The price is good too.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the facilities were well-kept, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a pleasant experience — simple, comfortable, and reliable. I would stay here again.

It's a simple hotel. Room is average size. But the TV a bit small.

Aircond is spoil while staying so experience on it is so so location wise is ok depend the reason you wanna stay there cleanliness is soso. They have few branches but seem like always the same not very good

Honestly cleaness is soso and the room aircond is broke so super hot got my room change the next day after changing is fine so overall if you want low price is ok go for it if not will suggest to book another hotel nearly which is slighty higher while compare

Terible Air Con not cold at all. Request to change a room But again. The bath room door was broken. When bwth. Water get flow out into room
