avid hotel PUEBLO NORTH by IHG

On my way to home. The hotel is excellent and served perfectly.

Initial review upon check-in was the room wasn’t cleaned. The staff jumped right on it and did a great job cleaning it up.

The room was very loud. I could hear the conversation in one room and Law and Order playing in another room. It went on most of the night. The bed was pretty comfortable but the room overall was fairly small. The breakfast was slightly better than the standard at other equivalent hotels. I was suprised that staff, except breakfast attendant, seemed uncommunicstive to point of being rude. I don't think i would chose to stay at an AVID again.

Easy access off of I-25. Close to shopping and not too far from the hospital. Had a procedure early morning and stayed here so we didn't have to drive hours in the am. Convenient.

very nice pool but no jacuzzi i saw that there was an ice machine but no ice buckets in room. there was no coffee machine in room price was good

Room was a bit small. But other than that... Quiet Nice comfortable bed Great TV Clean Good location Great breakfast! Gym was good. Overall, for the price - 5 stars.

Newer hotel but with obvious wear and tear. Elevator wasnt working and the 1 elevator that did work was lacking in cleanliness. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly.

The staff was great, the breakfast was delicious and the room was ok. It could be cleaned better. Stains on the walls, hair in the showers, empty conditioner bottle.

I only really had one issue with the stay is that there wasn’t a microwave in my room and I couldn’t heat up my food without going to the breakfast area But great clean hotel still deserves 5 stars
