Folks are polite and respectful. I would stay there anytime I was in need of a room in the area.

Very thin walls! Did not sleep at all! Guy in the room next to me blasted his TV all night while screaming and hollering at his wife on his phone because He was apparently was cheating on her. In between that He was crying and screaming obscenities. The door and door frame on my room was loose and bent like it was kicked in. I had to slam the door hard to get it to latch. I felt a cold draft blow through the door all night. No body wash in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask if they had any and was told they didn’t and to use the shampoo. Their continental breakfast consists of hard boiled eggs, cereal, and waffles you make with a waffle maker. Glad there’s a IHOP next door.

People keep stealing my parking spot ?I am disabled and had to walk like 20 feet to my room door. Also other people were very load at 2 am outside. Breakfeast was a joke just had cereal and waffles you had to make yourself. I was hoping for a least some sauages or biscits.

The microwave shorted out after 30 seconds and trips switch, the TV didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush and they don’t have one in the lobby. Had to lug my bag up a flight of stairs cause there’s no elevator. There were bums hanging outside of my window. Only two lights work in the room. I need to just ask to switch rooms, but I don’t know if it’ll make a difference

Never let me cancel, never answered the phone or email, never even got to the room or location

Very bad customer service. I was not able to stay because the front desk refused service. I commented to front desk that other people and myself are paying for a service and were treated rushed and with attitude. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel!! Did not receive refund.

Late arrival for an overnight stay, no problems! Pre-check-in online was available, but I didn't have a scan of my DL to submit, so this was taken at the counter. The attendant was nice to find me a room that had not had pets for two weeks -- I didn't realize it was a 'pet friendly' hotel. Nonetheless, room 242 was clean, fresh-smelling, and warm. Bed was fine, movies were available. Good price, Great!
