La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pueblo

The lady in the front was really nice and understanding. We are road tripping cross country from Colorado to Florida -and she really helped me get the perfect room for me my husband and baby . Everything was clean. No issues for our one night stay Thank you .

The overall maintenance of the building was poor and the breakfast was super poor. The room smelled like smoke, they said they were aware, it was a non smoking room.

Breakfast was okay. Room was clean and comfortable and parking was convenient and included in the price of the room.

room was ok, staff was good, breakfast was ok and so was parking, it seems to be a tired property, needs updating

Breakfast was sad. The only hot carb free food was some dry scrambled eggs and sausage that was more like jerky. Good thing Cracker Barrel is just steps away from the hotel. The 2nd morning all 4 carafes of coffee, including the decaf was empty. They did have plenty of cereal, breads and self made waffles. But if you are carb or gluten free, you are out of luck.

Bath wasn't cleaned, last person's soap was stuck to tub, tv remote didn't work. Told front desk about remote and no one came up. Was promised a remedy for the bath but never heard back. We stay frequently and usually things are good. Unacceptable.

We stay frequently. We were promised a remedy after having trouble with a room, and heard nothing back. On our next visit, things were fine, but we were told the mgr would likely do nothing about that last visit. We might stay one more time, hopefully the problem will be solved.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean but shower was not fully operational and the TV was definitely not easy to operate and offered very little in premium channels.

Breakfast was adequate, however, tv was not functioning. Desk staff unsuccessfully attempted to repair.
