It was nice and clean they have good breakfast

When we arrived the room wasn’t cleaned and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Otherwise everything else went well.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. There was a good variety at the continental breakfast. Only bad thing was the ice machine is only located on the first floor, but there is an elevator.

Partial toilet paper in room with no backup roll provided. Ran out before morning. Had to grab a new roll from the lobby bathroom. No trashcan in the bathroom.

Clean and nice. Decent hotel for the price. Tucked between the interstate and train tracks, and the hotel is quite close to the tracks, but the train wasn't too bad. It was actually pretty quiet when there was no train.

Waffle mix was old and SOUR, for one time in her life my daughter would not eat waffles so i tried a bite and had to spit it out. So we went to bagels and 3 out of 4 had mold.

Our stay was wonderful like always. Room and hotel were clean, bed was comfortable, hot tub was great and breakfast had lot of yummy options. Thank you we will be back.

Very clean and very good breakfast items. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard, area felt unsafe, room not soundproof, light poured in around door frame, clock alarm in another room went off all night. Very poor sleeping conditions. Stark contrast between exceptional cleanliness and overall experience.

The breakfast is just bagels/bread, cereal, and waffles that you make. The milk was expired and the juice was warm and so was the water. The AC didn’t quite work and the area around the hotel was dirty and not safe at night due to all the transients hanging around. The property itself tried to be clean but everything was worn. The rooms were small and so was the bathroom. I wouldn’t have stayed here if it wasn’t reviewed at an 8,6. This is more like a solid 7.
