Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pueblo

The smell was awful. There was a lot of smoking/marijuana smelly in the stairs and the hallway.  Even worse, the air condition was barely working.  The closed captions were spanish and I tried to change to English and there was not any easier and the battery of the remote was pretty much dying.  The overall was a major disappointed. 

It was a nice place to relax. In addition, the room is quite impressive with simple access to rest. 

Refrigerator did not work and my food spoiled. I check in online yet had to check in when I arrived and then got a weird call asking if I got my key?

The staff was very nice but the building needs some improvement. Carpet is in bad shape in rooms and hallways. Toilet seat needs to be replaced.

Easy check in, good parking, room seemed clean, bed wasn’t great but dis fine for a one night stopover. Only complaint would be the breakfast there were no choices, it was a waffle or sugary cereal.

This hotel do not accept locals. I was trying to gift my sister that lives in Pueblo a 2 night stay to spend some quality time with her kids and not knowing of this rule, I booked her the room. When she got there, she was rejected. I'm very disappointed.

My stay was great and the design of the room was exceptional. The only reservation I have is that the mattress needs to be replaced. It must have been old, as the edges sunk when you sat on it - it was simply worn out. Otherwise, staff was very nice, the room clean and the location was close enough to downtown to not be a problem at all.

Hotel had very bad smell. Dog hair all over the sofa in my room. I complained twice Shower nob was rusted. However Staff was good and helpful.

The room was really clean and comfortable. Really pleasant all around from a facilities standpoint. Breakfast was lackluster, with no hot options apart from waffles, and no protein options. The property felt safe and well-kept.
